Step 4: Seat Allocation
The seat allocation for all courses will be done in multiple rounds. Delhi University will release merit lists in two categories: Common Merit List and Category 2 Merit List (for PG courses only). All candidates will be considered in the Common Merit List (CML). However, for Category 2 Merit List (C2ML), only students who have graduated from Delhi University will be considered for admission to PG programs based on merit in the qualifying examination.
Step 5: Blocking of Seats and Final Admission
After the declaration of the merit list, candidates must log into the CSAS dashboard and accept the allocated seats. If multiple seats are offered in one round, candidates can accept only one.
- Once the candidate accepts the provisionally Allocated Seat, the concerned Department/ Centre/ College will approve the seat allotment by checking eligibility and documents uploaded by the candidate.
