- The faculty members are super educated and they very well know how to teach with efficiency.
- It is a girls college so it is very safe and it's environment is very good
- Infrastructure of our college is nice with a ground, an amphitheater, auditorium and well equipped classrooms.
Dislikes
- It is a women college so the fest end in the evening only you can not enjoy the fedt at night like every other college.
- They pay more attention to study only which i find little bad
- They don't offer any placement in my course we have to find it on our own
Course Curriculum Overview
As i am biology student i didn't want to choose any traditional course that is why i chose this course. It fascinated me about how the food products we are consuming are made and what technology is being used in their making and increasing it's shelf life. We learn about preservation, nutritional aspects and many more.
Fees and Financial Aid
I paid 22300 in my 1st year and 25080 in my 2nd year. It is increasing every year. There are no any concession based on category. Many scholarships are there offered by delhi university but on college level a fee concession is given to student of economically wearker section after an interview.
Campus Life
There are many fest organised in college the annual fest is organised in the month of feb or march the technical fest in September and diwali mela. Sports fest is also organised. Library has a good collection of books. There are many societies in our college which you can join like elvira for painting, mukhauta for drama, aahar the food society, aaharya for dance, nss , menstrual cafe, placement cell and many more.
Admission
I applied for all the colleges which offered bsc in food technology but i chose this college because it is a women college so my parents feel little safe for me. First you have to give cuet exam then apply to the university you want admission. In delhi university there is no cutoffs decided the students are selected on the basis of no. Of seats they have and the no. Of students applied in that course in that college on the basis of their cuet score.
Faculty
Our faculty members are well educated. Our department also arrange a mentor menti session in a month where 1 teacheris assigned to a group of student and students can freely talk to the teacher about the problem they are facing in college or in personal life. We can talk about anything to them we want. We can also complain about anyone without our name.
Night Life
There is no night lige in our college. Hostel students are not allowed to leave after 6:30 pm. And they have to come back before 7 pm. There are many places around the college or hostel campus to hang out like we have dominos and many cafes and food stalls.
