As my fee is around 35,00,000 all, including there is no scholarship as my my batch also have the same fee structure. Only the student who has there is a discount. so they have discount India fee structure, but but if the student don't the domes cell, they have to pay the full amount. It's around 4.5,00,000 per semester. In a year. We have two semesters and total we have total fee. Whole semester is around 35 to 36,00,000 for four years. I think it's quite much as a facilities that they are providing towards is not up to the mark that we expect. as I see there is a addition of the fee in even semester has been included many fish. Apart from fusion fees, they judge many others facilities like events, and all love, which is sometimes I don't think so worth worth full and like extra charges, apart from tuition fees, they charge more which per year it's not saying for whole year. The fee structure is very per year according to the semester of the student. but it is not affordable for every student that they can pay amount of the fees. I can see your in a Journal category, not a dome cell, but my birth is of Uttarakhand only, but I don't have any it is a 40 for every students who is studying there as the facilities are there. They said earlier, we are not providing that they have such a good marketing. Steam but facilities are just okay in the computer apps just do to use their own laptops, own electronic instead of using their their computers as if as the using computers when they have exams for the students, but for the exercise lab exercise lab works said to use their own electronic item which is called laptops facilities as Wi-Fi. It's not good. It's not the connectivity of the Wi-Fi is not good in our college. Even the portal of our college. They always show glitching that which may cover drawbacks it according to the academics. I think they should remove all of the comments that I share right now and honestly, student are facing lots of problem accurate cause of th
Facilities are approachable. They are friendly as well. Every student can go and talk to whatever they have a doubt they can talk to a student, but I don't like the cleaning system of our college as they provide a relative marking grading, which is not good for all the students. If this scoring Gudan, they really doing a hard work, but still they are not getting the exact marks that they really want to, so it's not good for those student. It should be improve definitely I really don't like how the teacher give the trading on the basis of file to the students. That's why they provide a relative marking. Also know sometime marking is good, but not for every time as I teachers as I system cat system vocals 5050 ratio 50% for internal assessment 50 years of external assessment part 51st internal has not that much of practical knowledge that is provided to the students is just a theoretical and a greeting system that and the score that the student have the G, which is just for that and student whose really working hard to give hundred percent of exam having hundred percent of consisting of hundred percent marks, but which is not appropriate as the mouth that they will achieve after that. It will just consider as 30% of that which is not repeated for the student.
the faculty members were generally supportive ,approachable, and maintained a good student teacher relationship.Doubts were addressed during lectures and students were encouraged to participate in academic activities, presentations, and projects. Faculty members used a combination of theoretical teaching and practical sessions depending on te subject requirements. I found most faculty members helpful because they guided students academically and supported project work , assignments , and examinations. Rather than highlighting individual names, overall faculty spport and mentorship quality were positive throughout the course . The course structure coverd noth theoretical and practical aspects and helped develop academic understanding along with technical skills. The curriculum was relevant to course objectives and included assignments , practical work, internal assessments and semester-end examinations. The exam systam consisted fo internal assessments and semester-end examinations. Marking based on overall performance including written exams, assignments, practical work, attendance(where applicable), and internal evaluation criteria. overall , the faculty experience was positive , and teaching environment supported both academic learning and personal development.
During my BCA course , the fee structure was yearly and included tution fees admission fees, examination fees, development fees, registration fees, laboratory charges, and other constiturional harges. Year-wise Fees Paid: first year - Rs 34,000 second year - Rs 38,000 third year - Rs 47,000 Total Course Fees Paid : Rs 1,19,000 ( approx.) The fee structure increased every year during the couse duration . The fees included all the fees that are all mentioned above Category and scholarship details: i belong to the obc category . however, i did not avail any scholarship or financial aid during the course as i did not meet eligibility criteria for available scholarship schemes. Addionally , i did not apply for travel/commuting concession because i reside near the college and therefore did not require it. Some students residing frther from the college availed concessions and scholarships based on applicable eligibilty criteria . Apart from this ,certain students who lived farther from the college were also provided mini lunch support facilities under student support initiatives (where applicable), Further, students who scored above 70% in second year were got fee reduced by certain amount as per the institution's merit-based criteria.
In my depatment only two festivels held one is symposium and other one is farewell party. The college has free Wi-Fi which works fine most of the time, and there are two libraries with good amount of books and materials. Classrooms and labs are okay but honestly they feel a bit outdated and could be improved. There is basic medical facility available and some sports grounds/courts are there, but nothing too special, just for time pass.
Around 70% of the students from this course got placed, which is kinda decent I think. The highest package went up to 21 LPA and the lowest was around 5 LPA. Some of the main companies that came for recruitment were TCS, Zoho and Wipro. For internships also, students got chances in companies like Zoho, Amazon and Wipro. Most of the roles offered were related to HR, not much technical roles from what I heard.
Campus life here is quite good, mostly driven by events consumer hubs , koshish a three day event where students from other colleges and schools come to participate. We had monthly events too such as vipanan, komerce karva . Every department has its own library with books and journals related to the subjects. The classes are fully airconditioned and equipped with smartboard . The sports events occur throughout out the year making a work life balance where each and every class has to participate in various events such as cricket , football, badminton, chess, table tennis , tug of war, benchpress , etc. There are many clubs such as Holistic club, Events on air, Literary club, adventure club etc.
Faculty student ratio is 1:50 approx , the faculty is very understanding and considerate very easy to approach. I would like to talk about Dr. Naresh Sachdev .He is very active and ensures that corporate concepts are clear, hi sessions are highly engaging . Dr. Tavneet Kaur , Dr. Roshanpreet Kaur ,Prof. Aasma Diwan and Mr Chaksh Sharma offer great mentorship and guidance for students. They provide excellent learning experiences and corporate training initiatives. Each semester there are 2 Mid semester exams , with projects vivas and presentations. The course curriculum is highly structured and relevant .
There are placement opportunities at the campus. The Career Service Office puts in lots of efforts to get us internships and placements. They ensure they introduce the skills in us right from Day 1. They are up to date and they have a strealined operation already in place. But their job is to facilitate. Placement is one thing which is always subjective. So it depends on the skillset and delivery of the students. But college is doing their part well.
Fees structure is simple - 4.7L, 5.06L alternately. The 5L fees is because it includes charges for your industrial visit. Your complete travelling, boarding, lodging, food, everything is considered. There are scholarships available. If you are an alumni of the college, you get scholarship. There are also scholarships based on merit and performance in these entrance exams which are considered.
Relevance was on point as the knowledge we gained were more than that because of the competition and activities done in the classrooms helped us a lot so that has gained a point and comprehensiveness was standardised
Campus life was great starting from freshers till all the festive events even the fest we used to manage were amazing celebrating the events to an extent with enthu and pro active attitude was what we learned
Infrastructure is average but annual tech fest, hackathon, etc are organised regularly faculty encourage students to participate and there are many clubs for interaction among departments we have sports club, english learning club, bhajan club ,e cell club, etc
Decent placement facility mostly students sit for placement and get average job of 4LPA job others opt for higher studies and other opt for slef employment as ssip club of college is very active 85% of students are placed who opt for placement.
The faculty to students ratio is around 1:15 There is one faculty for 15 students for labs But in classrooms it will be more highly like 50 to 60 sometimes for specific classes The faculty are friendly approachable Speaks with kindly Supporting during projects The faculty which comes for common subject like maths are to be excellent in knowledge and explanation who are best But faculty for course subject may differ from one to other The reality is mixed decision for faculty some to be excellent but some to be below average Exams are around 5 theory and 3 labs per semester Theory can be written by reading notes Labs are some hard to write
The fest events occurs for average times April - azura and annual day December - traditional day Freshers in October Like etc Library of the campus is very big and all books for course are available in enough quantity to study Available for every student Class rooms are devoloped with smart tv with teachmint app Class room facilities are excellent in respective to technical Sports events occurs 2 times for year in azura event and freshers event There are several clubs like sports club, cultural club, etc for all events It may or may not show impact student life these clubs focus on extra curricular activities other than courses
The college organize various technical events, cultural fest and sports competition and extracurricular activities.which keeps campus Life active and enjoyable. Good amount of books and journals are available in the library and easily accessible. Every clubs or students chapter is run by students only. Only approval are given by faculty coordinator.
The curriculum of our college is very good.As the curriculum is completely oriented to the course. Thee is no extra subjects that is not relevant to the course. According to me they can improve practical teaching. Give more focus on hands-on experience to real world applications. Exam's timming and difficulty level is good
It is a govt. College. So fees is affordable. Only first year paid 500 rupees only. Also caution deposit. Admission fee below 1000 thousand rupees only. College gives good atmosphere. There are some scholarships to sc or st or other backward castes. But i am belongs to general candidate. I am not got any scholarships. It is very painfull.. But I got good marks. So I am very happy.
Cultural festivals heldbin college. There is wide range of books arranged in the library. We can choose library books at any time. Computer lab is useful once in a week. There extra curricular activities conducted.. Nss is mainly participated students
The faculty to student ratio is good. The relation is also good and all faculties are approachable. You can even do research with them. All faculties are best. Exams are mostly conducted in two cycles- mid semester and at the end of the semester with class test, viva and presentations being conducted being conducted throughout the semester for internal marks distribution which accounts for highest percentage in overall grade.
Social Internship in 1 year followed by a government or start up based based internship in the 2 year of college. This follows by an industry based internship in 3 year. Because we have internships in all 3 year summer break we are already prepared for placements.
the college has several technical events through various technical student communitites. there's an annual sports fest - SPANDAN, annual cultural fest - UURJA, and several other fests - UKTI, DHOLIDA. library is vast with e-library access. sports and extracurriculars are very versatile and there are multiple options. there are multiple students run clubs and department specific student communities.
The fees is generally around 2.3 lakhs for first and second semester and increases per year by some amount. In total, around 25 lakhs are paid for the complete course excluding hostel fees. Scholarships are available during admission on the basis of UPESEAT, JEE marks, 12th perceentage.
The option is ,one thing you will definitely get placement from himt, after completion also college will help students to get job,if no also anyway you have mechanical engineering,do some job till getting placement or company,it is the main postive of gme after mechanical engineering
After completing mechanical engineering best option for entering shipping industry and work with advanced machinery which we have studied in btech, and after completing btech, taking gme is good thing especially in himt due to the placement we can easily get job
The yearly fee for my course (SYBCA) at SMT. P.N. Doshi Women’s College for the academic year 2025–2026 is approximately ?45,932. This includes multiple components such as tuition fees, admission fees, development charges, lab fees, and other compulsory charges. The tuition fee is ?22,000 per year, which is the main academic cost. Apart from this, there are several additional charges like: Admission fee (?550) Development fee (?2,000) Laboratory fee (?6,000) Examination fee (?365) Add-on course fee (?2,500) Library, internet, and database fees (?2,000 combined) Gymkhana, sports, and student welfare fees (?800 approx.) Miscellaneous and university-related charges All these together make the total yearly fee around ?45K–?46K. Course Fee (Overall) Since BCA is a 3-year course, the total cost comes to around ?1.3 to ?1.4 lakhs for the full duration. The fees are slightly increasing every year due to added facilities and university charges. Scholarship / Financial Aid In my case, I received a scholarship benefit (WFC adjustment), due to which the balance due is ?0. In this scholarship the college pay full amount of course fees and as well as exam fees .The college supports government scholarships like: SC/ST/OBC scholarships Minority scholarships Merit-cum-need-based schemes The scholarship amount varies depending on eligibility and category. Overall Opinion (Affordability) The fees are moderate and reasonable compared to other colleges in Mumbai offering BCA. Considering the facilities, labs, and additional activities included, the fee structure is justified, although yearly increments may feel slightly high.
The faculty at SMT. P.N. Doshi Women’s College is supportive and approachable, with a good faculty-student ratio. Teachers explain concepts clearly and help with doubts. The BCA course structure is relevant, covering both theory and practical subjects like programming and databases. The exam system includes internal assessments, practicals, and semester exams. The marking scheme is balanced. Exams are of moderate difficulty, and most students pass if they study regularly. Overall, the academic environment is good, but more industry-focused learning would be helpful.
There are multiple sections for a batch, There are 75 students in one section, and one section is divided into 2 groups of 30-35 students each. There are two types of classes, lecture based and practical based, the lecture based class is held together for all 75 students and the practical based class is held for each group of 35 students. I have liked many of my teachers in the 3rd and 4th semester as they were knowledgeble about there subjects so it was really fun to learn the subjects, some of the teachers were really bad they didnt even knew what was the syllabus, and didnt even knew how to pronounce words in english properly. The level of english the teachers are speaking is really bad they dont know how to speak. This is the major problem here for international students as they cant understand a single word due to the indian accent. The exams are divided into 3 parts, There are two MST(Mid Semester Tests) and one EST(End Semester Test). The MST carry a low weightage(around 20%-30%) while the EST examination carries high weightage(60%-70%). The EST are difficult to score in, and most of the students fail in the EST. The MST are really easy to solve and no one fails in those exams. The exam is relevant to the Syllabus taught in the class.
I choose this course, due to the versatile aspect of the syllabus. And what I saw in the course was some high level and attracting topics that I wanted to study, like dynamic programming, machine learning, artificial intelligence. These are high paying jobs in the real world, and hence this curriculum prepares us for the real world jobs. There are many areas of improvements in the course curriculum, like the syllabus could be well defined and slowly taught instead of being rushed through the semester. The teachers should be well knowledgeble about the Course Curriculum. During the Mid Semester Exams more time could be provided to prepare for the exams instead of taking multiple exams on a single day. Sufficient Time is provided to prepare for exams in the EST.
The course curriculum is provided by MSBTE which gets updated every five years giving and covering all the practical hard and soft skills required for overall student development and learning. All objectives are covered.
Infrastructure was quite good and is being now even scaled for futher sub-fields and divisions. The labs were also well equipped giving you hands on experience for each student focusing on practical based learning.
Fees will be constant for entire 4 year to a student. Hostel fees cost 80 thousand per semester. Tuition fees with development is 96000 per semester. For general candidate if they fall under ews category then there is a scholarship test if they pass then tuition fees will be off to them.
I would rate 7 out of 10 as teaching method is good and faculty is also supportive. There are 3 times a exam in semester so burden don't come in one time and scoring become easier. Exam is held time to time no delays and class is rarely cancelled.
My college has a manageable faculty-to-student ration, with one teacher handling around 30-40 students in a class. For practical sessions, students are divided into Batch1 and Batch2,which helps teachers prvide better attention to every student The faculty-student reatationship is generally good , and most teachers are approachable, supportive, and willing to help students academically. My favorite department is the Botany faculty because it is highly organised and well managed. I was also a part of the Botany Society, which gave me a very positive experience. The activities and work were properly planned, and i enjoyed participation in them. Comparatively, i liked the zoology faculty less, not because it felt slightly less organized than botany. The teachers are knowledgeable and supportive, but some management and communication issues affected my experience. The college follows a semester-based examination system with theory and practical assessments. The exams are of moderate difficulty and are not very hard if students study consistently. I personally manintained around an 8.5 CPGA, showing that students can score well with regular preparation. Most students clear the exams, and failure generally happen because og attendance, preparation or personal reasons rather than because of the difficulty level. The course curiculum is relevant and useful, especially for students planning higher studies or competitive exams. Many topics in the syllabus overlap with CSIR-NET preparation, which makes the curriculum beneficial in building a stron academic foundation and preparing students for future opportunities.
My college campus is divided into two parts: the main campus and the science campus. the campus environment is quite good and provides students with opportunities for both academic and extracurricular growth. in the science department, different departments. such as the BOTSO society of botany and ZETSO society of zoology. these association help students participate in various activities, improve teamwork, and stay engaged with thier subjects.the college is also present on social media through the official college pages as well sas individual departmental pages, which helps in sharing updates and maintaining students interaction. The infrastructure of the college is decent and continuously improving. some areas hae newly develped infrastructure, while other parts have older but welll-maintained facilities. the laboratories are properly structured and equipped for both undergraduate and postgraduate students. Necessary equipement, reagents, chemicals, and specimens are available in good condition for practical learning. According to our teachers, the zoology department also has some unique specimens that make the Department more interesting for students. overall, the college provides a supportive acadimic environment with satisfactory infrastructure and facilities.
The fee structure for the course is reasonable, compare to facilities and opportunities provided by college. The yearly. These include fusion fees, registration charges, development fee and other compulsory charges. The fees may slightly increase every year depending on university guidelines and administrative policy. Overall the course remains affordable for student, seeking quality, education, and practical provide academic facilities such as maintained classroom, labs, Wi-Fi laboratory, extra curriculum, opportunities over all the institution offers good value for money because students receive academic support, placement assistance, internship opportunities, practical learning, exposure, and participation in various events and activities for the course duration..
My overall experience Trinity Institute of a question study has been positive in an enriching the campus. Life is vibrant student friendly and provide provides good balance between extra curricular activities. The college has serious clubs and societies and student light activities related to culture, events, entrepreneurship, management, and social service, media, sports and creative participation. In these skills, students opportunity to improve leadership skills, teamwork event in terms of infrastructure. The college provides well maintained as Wi-Fi facilities resources.
Faculy to student ratio is around 1:60 in every classroom but when you want to connect with any faculty you can connect is their respect office with their free time. Shefali ray maam was my fav. teacher as she was head of placement deperment and she give as lot in therm of movitional speeach and guide us for interview and also tech us to be good in soial life and all. students fail but at last they all clear their back. Out of 1200 students is our final year and more than 800 students are getting more than 65% result.
Annual and technical festivals is Ignitions which held every year 3 days activites where a lot of tech activiets are done this prize and certification are done. we are having central library where u can get every type of books. we are getting digital board for classroom to betting learning. for sport we are having central playground also social group and clubs are also their with lot of activities.
