Q: Is there a facility for online fee payment?

Ans: IMSEC Ghaziabad provides a smooth online fee payment transaction for its students. Payment can be done with the help of online banking, UPI, debit/credit cards, or net banking by using the official payment gateway of the college. Before adding payment details, the student must have to give their name, their student ID, and the payment purpose, such as academic or hostel, as the payment remark. All the payment details need to be uploaded on the ERP portal under the "Online Transaction" menu after the students are done with payments. This online transaction system provides a safe, efficient, and convenient fee submission process without the need for physical trips to the college.

IMS Engineering College, also known as IMSEC established in 2008 in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. IMSEC is affiliated with Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University. IMSEC Admission 2025

IMS Engineering College (IMSEC) is an engineering and management college located in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. Affiliated to the Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University, the college currently offers various courses, including B.Tech, B.Tech (Lateral Entry), and MBA. I like maximum of the things of my college like it keeps fest and event time to time for students enjoyment and freshness which help us to meet with lots of celebrities and our ideal persons and provide meals for students at event for being energetic
I like it when my college provide wide range of opportunities for sports, it through sports events so that the students who is interested and best in any sport can enhance their ability and show their talent and can move further for their betterment.
I like the campus of my college like It is big and there is a lot of things to explore,I also like it that there is no ragging in my college like no discrimination between senior and juniors and every student help each other with notes and other thin

Dislikes

I don't like the food of my college mess like it is below average and sometimes not sufficient and no variety is available there and one menu is repeated for whole week and it is from 2 year from my admission,and even I can't take my food to my room.
Also I don't like the outgoing timing of my college campus,like I have to get back upto 7 pm and for boys it is 11 pm infact in campus too girls can only roam upto 9 pm and boys can upto whole night and also there is no canteen for girls at night.
I don't like the extra subject which is not related to our course is used to teach us and waste our time instead of teaching us the subject or our field there are so many subjects which is not related to our course like EVS, human values and English

Course Structure and Its relevance and Exams

My course is good but like there is so much crowd in this course so because of crowd there is lack of job and need a good skills people also there is a lot of jobs for these courses but as compare to people with this course no. Of jobs are very less. Actually this is very interesting course like so many people like to involve in computer courses and create new things. Exam are very late according to course. Exams are very easy as compare to course,but duration are very poor. Some improvements in this course are the irrelevant subject should be removed and keeps more technical subject to make students technically more knowledgeable. And the timing of exam and the results declaration and datesheet declaration should be improve and copy checking is so important, it should be improved, it cause lot of difficulty to students to boost their moral.

Placement Scenario and Average Package Offered by Various Companies

In my college any student can sit in placement if they have skills which fulfill the company needs. There are a lot of companies visited in my college and gives some offers like vipro, Accenture, Amazon etc. My college Highest package is 10-12 lack per annum and average package is 4-5 lack per annum. Percent of students getting placed is quite low it is 40-50% in real. My plan after getting the degree is to get a good job of n a reputed company and for long term I will work hard for company like Google at a good rank.

Fees Structure and Scholarships Available

My first year fee was 135000 and my second year fee is 124019 and my third year and forth year fee will be 124019. There was no extra admission feel it was only that 135000 for first year, there is examination fee 7500 per year like for 2 semesters. Same fees for all categories except FW students, they only pay tuition fee like 25000 per year. There is scholarship for students of 55000 which is for economically weaker category students

Fests and Facilities Available across the Campus

Annually 3 fest is usually organised by my college,one is dandya night second dj night and third is vibgyor and they are very interesting and enjoy full. We have library in our college but there is no any other side book is available like novels etc. Only course related books are available. Our classrooms are well clean and projectors are available in our classrooms. Clubs are available in our college,they are mainly technical based not other like drama and dance.

Faculties Involvement in Career Growth of Students

Faculties of my college are very good and they are very experienced and knowledgeable and Frank with students and helpful and not so strict except few teachers. The students teachers ration is good it is 6 teacher for 60 students like one teacher for 10 students. Teacher are very motivative and gives us roadmap to get our dream job and guide us all time and boost our confidence. My favourite faculty is my maths teacher, because he work so hard for us, he even available at holiday time for us to clear our doubts and for helping us. I like all the facilities, there is no faculty member which is bad everyone is just amazing. There are 3-4 exam as per the length of semester and the marking scheme is good of our college but not good of the university by which my college is affiliated, like there is so many mistakes have already been held by them. So many students apply for rechecking of copy and get changes and it cost so much. Like it seems like side business of our university, like for every copy recheck they charge for ?2500.

Accommodation Inside and Nearby Premises

There are 3 wardens in our hostel and so many staffs for cleaning purpose. Meal are not so good not so bad like no variety in it. Registration for hostel is very easy it is held in college at the time of admission or fee submition of college in can be give in to part of one year. For pg and rented room there are two type of locality one is good but expensive and near college and the other one is far bad and cheap.

Internships and Projects Opportunities

In my college mainly unpaid internship is offered like they will give only experience and certificate no money even we have to pay for it to college to get internship. Projecta are made by students and it helps to get the job in a good manner.

Admission and Eligibility Criteria

I had applied for Banaras Hindu University and Delhi University,I applied bachelor of science in mathematics, physics and chemistry in Banaras Hindu University and applied for bachelor of science in mathematics, physics, chemistry and computer science and zoology in Delhi University and I applied for bachelor of science in agriculture but was not cleared any of these except I qualified bachelor of science in mathematics and physics in some North college of Delhi University but I want it in computer science because this is my field of interest and this college is very well known and gives lot of apportunity and a good jobs so didn't take addmission in it because I didn't get my favourite course in it. I also applied for jee mains and by my rank I was provided ims engineering college by councelling.

Night Life

We have gym in our college but no trainer in it so we face difficulty in gym for workout. Hostel timing is from 7 am to 9pm for girls and from 7am to 11pm for boys and for campus it is 7am to 7pm for girls and 7am to 11pm for boys. Is it situated at highway side,the locality is not so good, market area is quite far and not so good place to explore outside the college.

Clean washroom and classroom every time .
College ground is so big so that fest can easily host.

Dislikes

Lunch break time is very short only 50 minutes
Ac sometimes not work properly but yes they do good cooling.

Admission:

My rank also gets clear for ABESIT, but i choose IMSEC because it is located near my residential area (Govindpuram) and the placement record is better than ABESIT. IMSEC also has a good crowd as compared to ABESIT.

CONSIDERING IMSEC COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING?

Likes

College's library is good, it's well equipped with books and stuff while the ac is not there during summers but it's good other than that
Crowd is like well converse and diverse crowd is there with many students from other parts of the states from different states even, therefore crowd is distributed evenly.

Dislikes

College is not spacious like how college should be even the college ground is small too not that big, even there is not any exposure other than the studies

Admission:

I was after the aiml branch so this college offered me this branch so i got it into it, I did'nt really applied to any other college but yeah i really did wanted to got in AKGEC which is a bit ahead of this college in various terms, but getting admission in AKGEC is a little bit hard and getting this AIML branch which are really preffered by the peoples nowadays, admission process is really simple you can directly visit the college for the admission or can register yourself at the councelling for taking admission in this college which is again easy comparitively so the taking in part is really easy.

IMS engineering college ghaziabad review

Likes

They have good infrastructure with library.
Playground are good with cricket ground, volleyball, badminton

Likes

Maintained and air conditioning also available and proper lighting is available..overall classrooms are so good. The environment of college is also supportive and the hods of each department are so understanding and supportive towards students.
The college have very well canteen as well as stationery shop . The campus also remains clean and the plantation of plants is also good ..the college have very good hostel staff ..they are so polite and genuine ..they behave as your parents .

Dislikes

The overpricing in college canteen and stationery should be stopped . The events for 1st year students should be increased ..the 1st year should have more and more practical seminars related to tech and Ai
The college tries to make students more engaged of 1st year for coding culture through seminars events and other activities

Admission:

I chose this college over other college because of the environment of the college and due to its placement . The placement of the college is very good compared to the other college i applied for and the culture of college is so good in comparison to other college i applied for. The seniors of our college are very helpful and supportive towards juniors. They treat their juniors as their younger sister and brother . They guide us to manage between college academics and coding. They also tell us about the placement and about teachers and their marking and teaching methods. The college i applied for did not reject me. I was getting IT branch in iimt greater noida but i chose ims over iimt because of the above mentioned reasons. I also applied in abes and akgec buy i did not get admission in their computer science branch but getting admission in their core branches . I got admission in mechanical in abesec and in abes it i was getting electronic and same case was with their akgec . I take admission in ims as i was getting computer science and design in imsec . The admission in imsec takes place by two ways through councelling and through direct baised on 12th percentage. The exams accepted are jee mains for the college and mostly students prefer to give jee exam to take admission in the college under akti as well as imsec . The jee percentile accepted for the college for computer baised branches is under 82 percentile . And the students taking admission through councelling are also helped by the teachers of the college if they are taking admission through councelling. And the percentile also varies for cs branches if the categories is applied by the student 82 percentile is for general category students. The admission process is very simple for the direct admission taking students. The direct students just visit college after their 12th result and according to their pcm percentage branches are alloted to the students in the college . The teachers of the college help

Admission to the courses offered by IMS Engineering College is given on the basis of the rank obtained by the candidate in JEE Mains. Eligible canddates are required to register for JEE Mains and qualify by getting marks within cutoff. This year’s JEE Mains Phase 2 results are already out and admissions wll be given on that basis.
