About JEMTEC
JIMS Engineering Management Technical Campus, established in 2013 is affiliated to Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU). The undergraduate level courses are offered in the streams of Engineering, Law, Business Administration, Computer Application, Education, Commerce and Journalism. The courses offered are approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), Bar Council of India (BCI), and National Council of Teacher Education (NCTE). On this topic I would like to say that I applied only in 3 colleges which were 1) Sharda University 2) JIMS Greater Noida 3) KCC Greater Noida Got approved in all the 3 colleges but dropped SHARDA UNIVERSITY due to affordability because the fees for course was higher for me.The college was great and the infrastructure development all things were far better than any college. KCC was my last option so I choosed JIMS because this college had better opportunities compared to KCC as I thought. Later realized all the things were same in KCC and JIMS.

I also applied in maharaja agarsen and bartiya vidyapeeth but i couldnt get in those colleges due to less marks and rank in the exams. The admission process for the exam is CET and students gets admission on badid of their ranks.

The college and I have worked. There was no rejection and the admission process is you sholud pass 10th and 12th and youa re eligiblity and there is no cutoff and apply and get admission. The course is relibile and good for programmer.

- One of the things that i liked about my college is that there is a lot of strictness on the college. The college has zero tollerance to ragging and if found someone ragging or bullying an individual then it generally results in suspension.
- Our college is located in knowledge park 3 which is very close to various other colleges so as students if we dont feel like interacting with people from our college or just want to check out some other college, then it is really convenient.
Dislikes
- Attendance of 70 percent is mandatory for all for the mid term exams and no exception for anyone is given. If attendance is below 70 then an individual gets debarred on the basis of how low their attendance is.
- The college follows really stringent protocols and sometimes it feels that i am studying in a school rather than a college.I know someone from the college who got suspended just for visiting the canteen during the lecture timings.
Admission:
For admission of the course it is important for one to undergo the common law entrance test or CLAT. After the announcement of results a portal in I.P. university is opened where once can opt for any desired college based on their rankings in the exam. As fas as my college is concerned there were no entrance exams and one could get direct admission in the college based on their CLAT rank. The instition has 5 lists and a special list for the admission of students. One major flaw in many private colleges is that if a person pays a lot of money, they take the seat from a deserving candidate to give it to the less deserving candidate.

- There are many clubs for one's interest like dance, music, game, act, etc. So one can explore very much.

- I am disappointed with the campus size at it is very small as compared to the other colleges.

To take admission in this college you have to appear for jee mains and then opt for ggsipu counselling after which colleges gets alloted. Management quota is also there for students who didn't appeared for jee.

Eligibility for BCA is you should have at least 60 % marks in 12th class and have either maths or computer . The application form can be found on the website of the university and application fees is 1200 and after that there is test. After that the students are ranked according to the marks they scored in the test . Then there is a counciling process in which we have fill colleges that we like and want take admission in .

The admission process in JIMS is not that difficult. Students just have to take the JEE Mains exam and have enough rank. Reservation and management quotas are also available for the residents of Delhi and also reservations for economically weaker section.
