- I like the campus and the basketball ground ... The canteen of motilal Nehru College is superb
- Lab is also good and library is also amazing.. the students and faculties are nice
- This college improved my skills... The presentations and all developed my confidence
Dislikes
- From the first day of the college the construction is going on and there is very noise of machines
- Some ACs don't work that's why there is unbearable to sit in the classes due to high temperature in delhi
- Also there are less placement opportunities which is not good
Course Curriculum Overview
Bcom hons is ig the best course of our college because our classes are regular as compared to other courses... Also the highest cgpa goes of bcom hons and main thing when I tell someone that I am doing bcom hons everyone respect it ... There is respect for the course
Fees and Financial Aid
My college fees is about 20k I'm from general category.. and fees for other categories is about 14-15k .. students were given opportunity of scholarship but I was not aware of it so I didn't get scholarship. But one of my friends get scholarship which was for economically weaker section. He got 12k rupees.
Campus Life
The college orientation was the first thing which I've attended on the first day. It was very good the teachers told about the college and it's campus... Seniors were very interactive.. then in November diwali mela happened which was very amazing.. the freshers was in February and it really was good.. now our fest is coming and I hope a good singer will come ... I have joined society 180DC which has developed my skills like communication, Canva etc.
Admission
I've applied for many colleges of Delhi University.... But my preference was evening college because I am doing CA and there are my classes in day .. so it makes me easy to attend classes... I've the option to upgrade the college but I thought this one is best as I've listened from seniors that the faculty is good as compared to some colleges in my preference list. The whole process was online and the Cuet I've given for its admission was also online and the cutoff was about 900 and my score was 850
Faculty
Faculty of our college is very nice.. they teach really good.. also it doesn't look like teacher student relationship but they are like our family away from home.. they understand our problems.. also they help in developing our skills .. but sometimes all teachers together give assignments and we can't do all of them together
Night Life
There is a place satyaniketan near the college and durgabai deshmukh metro station.. there are many cafes there if you want to eat desserts the mums cafe is best and affordable and if you like south indian food atidhi is best restaurant... Also the street momos and laughing in staya square is best I've ever eaten. I live in pg and it's timing of closing door is 9pm . After college me and my friends go to satya for hangout and enjoy there
