Shaheed Bhagat Singh Evening College admission to the UG courses is based on scores obtained in the CUET examination. The admission process includes appearing for the entrance exam, and then appearing in the CSAS seat allotment—registrations for admission start after CUET result declarations. Candidates must select Delhi University while filling out the CUET application can register themselves on the DU CSAS portal and choose their college and course preferences. Candidates who qualify for the entrance examination must register on the Common Seat Allocation System (CSAS) Portal of Delhi University. Once registration is done, candidates will be asked to fill college and course preferences.
Step 3: Seat Allocation
The seat allocation will be done in multiple rounds for all programs. Seats are allocated based on scores obtained in the Common University Entrance Test (CUET) or other national-level tests, combination of college and program chosen, category (SC/ST/OBC/EWS/UR) of the candidate, and availability of seats.
Step 4: Blocking of Seats and Final Admission

Gold Medal for different categories:
- The Gold Medal is given to the best boy and girl student IIIrd year classes of the college. Condition to be fulfilled: For the purpose marks will be calculated out of 100 as follows: 30- Academics Performance (Ist, and IInd year annual performance and IIIrd year Home Examination marks or marks obtained in the corresponding semester examinations), 10- Attendance 10 – Debate, 10 – Cultural Activities, 10 – Sports Activities, 10 – NSS, 10 – NCC and 10 – Organizational Ability including students union / clubs / societies/ subject association. In case of tie overall behaviour / interview will determine the prize. Decision of the scholarship-Gold Medal committee of the Staff Council will be final and binding.
- Gold Medal is also awarded to the third year boy and girl student admitted on the basis of SC/ST concession. Silver Medal for different categories:
Students of Shaheed Bhagat Singh Evening College are awarded with Silver Medal. One Student from each course receives the Silver Medal. Condition to be fulfilled: To be awarded to a student who has passed a particular degree obtaining Second Highest aggregate marks [Previous and Final year marks added together ] but not less than 70%. I have applied for the Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University for my Bachelors in Business admissions but suddenly a mail is comes form Uniyof Delhi regarding my exams and I go with that one. Yaa I got rejected from some College like Aurobindo College, PGDAV the colleges are from Delhi University itself because Of Lower merit percentage from other students.

This is one of the best colleges of delhi university (south campus) as compared to other colleges and if i talk about the admission process so we can take admission here by performing well in cuet( central university entrance test)

As i have got admission in Shaheed Bhagat Singh college of University of delhi via entrance exam under New Education Policy of government of India. As a student of UG,we must have to appear in entrance exam i.e. CUET UG. After the exam result were declared and we have to make preference of colleges as well as course and after that on the bases of number that we have scored our college get alloted.

- Nearby area around college is too expensive in respect of food and accommodation
- No hostel facilites this effect the poor students truely

At present the admissions are done through the marks of cuet ug exams . This college is good for the graduation in commerce,BA geo hons because this courses have best faculty in the colleges. I appiled in first cutt of list. The expected eligible exam for this is a CUET UG exam to score up to 500/800 to secure a seat in this college and other college of delhi university

- Education they provide is too good and holistic development in current scenario, they provide totally isefull knowledge.
- Environmental conditions is too good , people in this college came from different parts of the country but they come together and accepted all the tradition and cultures of all students.

- College locality, the near area is chirag delhi and this is like totally slums , means it gives us damm feel like slum.
- Traffic jams near college area/ road, the auto drivers on exit gate create a totally jams on the road which create noise pollution as well.

I gave the cuet exam and scored around 600 but i wanted to be in kirori mal college but the automated system gave me this collge but now i have 0 regrets of it because unfortunately i was allotted a very good college. But if i get a another chance to get admission to it then i will definitely take admission into it and the same course be under of the staff and teachers behaviour of the college. Also the education they provide to me.

My dream college was kirori mal college because it's the top college for studying my fav subject geography although my college is also nice not like kirori mal but better than many colleges and most of the colleges does not provide course for geography

The admission in the college is seat related and based on the merit list and preferences. Students have to clear cuet exam and opt for the college in the preference list. The required score for general category candidate is 720 and 450 to 600 for reserved categories.

- Principal of SBSEC not giving permission to organise fest in the college so that students communication build up.
- Due to hectic schedule of college extra curriculum activity not get easily managed with graduation degree. In SBSEC take 5 Lectures on daily basis.
Admission:
The admission process of Shaheed Bhagat Singh Evening College I's done in three phase. Before the starting of these phase Common University Entrance Test (CUET) take a MCQ test for each Universities. After that Delhi University stating these phases. In the 1st phase DU issued a portal name as CSAS Prortal in which student get registered with their respective details and after choose the preference of Colleges which offers by DELHI UNIVERSITY. In the 2nd phase after announcing the result of CUET DU start the allotment process in approx 3 cutoff and 3 Spoy Round . The students who belong the general category scoring more that 650 get easily SBSEC . Du alloted the seat of those students who fullfill all the terms and conditions. After that student payment the allotment of college fee so that admission get insured is done in 3rd phase. CSAS portal is available on their respective offical website of Delhi University.

I was admitted through a cuet exam the range of marks is around 650 to 700 for general category students to get admission in the college the process is not controlled by the college but by the University with a common admission portal for all colleges. Aspirants have to provide a preference list of course & college combinations to the university to get admission to their preferred college
