MBA, General at Delhi University in 2024
The faculty members ibn my college are supportive and knowledgable. Most of them ahve good subject knowldge and are approachable when we have doubts. The faculty to student ratio is decent,so it is not vey difficult to interact with teachers. They are helpful, especially during exams.
I personally liked those teachers who focus on practical understanding rather than just theory, as it helps in MBA. However, some faculty members rely more on traditional reaching methods, which can be less engaging at times.
The course structure is relevant and covers important manageent like marketing, finance and HR. It gives basic understaning of business concepts, but students still need to work on practical skills on their own.
The exam system is semester based and exams are moderated in difficulty. If a student studies regularly ,it is not hard to score good and most students are able to clear exams.
Overall, the faculty and courses structrure are decent but more focus on practical learning and updated teaching mehods would make it better
