The fees kept increasing every year at my time of college. The year-wise fees I paid was around 20000. Different courses have different fee structure. The examination fess is charged per semester which was around 800. It keeps on changing. Lab fees, tuition fees is already inclded in the per semester fees. Practical exam fees gets charged at time of filling of examination form. Scholarship and other financial aid facility is also available for some selected students. Every University of Delhi college has its own process of scholarship, for which it is important to connect with the admin office of the college.

The fees are much higher than other colleges and the faculty is just the opposite; money is taken in the name of tuition fees but no facilities are provided. In every semester, different batchmates have to go to different colleges and sometimes far away to study. There is only one financial support scheme running, I tried to fill its form. Even after trying for 15 days, I was never able to fill the form due to site error. These forms are just for show off.
