The fees I'm be paying for the course is around 13500 ~ 12000 on yearly basis for unreserved students,it includes tution fees admission fees, development fees,lab fees, library fees and all other charges combined. For the students of reserved categories fees charged will be lower and will lie somewhere around 8000 ~ 7000 for OBC category, 5000~4000 for SC and ST category students.It includes every changeable services and commodities of the college. The extra fees that will be applicable on the students is registration fees which needs to be paid on semester basis and this depends upon the type of selection of subjects by the students, like for subjects with practical aspects they will be charged a fees of 400 per subject and 200 for non practical ones. In addition with 120 ? for the registration. There are lots of scholarship and financial aid which my college provides for their children. All those students whose family income is below 2lakh per annum are provided releif. Their 50% of fees which is around 13000 is refunded back to them . Also talking about the scholarship, Delhi University provides a lot of opportunities for talented students to apply their skills in order to earn money for their educational purposes. Various scholarships related exams are conducted regularly by the college. All together Delhi University is very much into providing facilities to their students in several ways.

Hindu college(DU) from the eyes of a Fresher

The year wise fees for my course in my college - HINDU COLLEGE is 26.8k per annum. The fees does not include hostel fees but includes all the benefits which a college provides and also other charges a college may take. The negative thing about the fee is that it is constantly increasing year by year. This year also it increased by 1k. There are various scholarships offered but one of the most significant scholarships is the Raj Bhargava Scholarship which provided 4 students with 75 thousand per year for 3 years along with a laptop and bag. Another student gets a cash prize of 1 lakh rupees. The selection happens on a 3-round basis. It is exclusively for social sciences students and history students get an upper hand in this as the alumni providing this scholarship belonged to history department. 2 of these 4 scholarships are just for history.

All of my bacthmates including me paid around 24k around the time of joining and every semester we oay around 1200 for exam forms There are alos numerous merit based scholarships in the clg for say, Raj bhargav scholarship which provides around 90 k to a student based on merit.
