Fees and Financial Aid:
The year - wise fees I paid is 13,493 There is no any other fee charges And for this college I gave a CUET exam and that's registration fees was 1600. One of my batchmates fees is 14,300 and she is from General category and I don't know much about amounts of scholarships or financial aid that are available for students

- I liked the behaviour of teachers and staff
- Canteen dishes are amazing and delicious and canteen staff behaviour

- I disliked infrastructure because some classes were consisted
- Some canteen food were really bad in taste

Per year fees was 7050 for my course and examination fee was around 520 rupees for 4 papers and there were no Library and lab fees . There were some internship opportunities but I didn't apply for it because of some personal reasons

- I like the faculties of my college specially for my course. They all are very honest towards their work.
- Proper classes is going on. Rarely we face class cancellation.
Dislikes
- 5-7% of the students are wild, you can find difficulties if you aren't smart in dealing with them.
- Infrastructure, basic amenities like drinking water, wash room isn't up to the mark.

The year wise total fee of the college for my course is approx ? 15000. I'm comes in General EWS category. I think the fee is same for the general students too. The fee includes tuition fee, development fee & other compulsory fee. Examination fee will be charged before every exam of total ?1000.

Talking about the fee structure of political science student, Last year when I got admission in this college, I have paid 12,750 rupees for one year. This year in 2024 the fee has been increased and it is of 13,250 My registration fee was 1500 Admission fee- 12750

As for the fee structure, I am a 1st year student, so I had paid ?17000 at first after getting ramanujan college, delhi university in the first round. But recently, they made us pay ?820 as the examination form filling fee for the 2st semester exams that are to be held in december-january. Apart from that, I opted for B.A. Political science (H) and I am really loving this college and experience so far. I also belong to the OBC category which might have given me an extra benefit in terms of how much fee I have to pay or regarding my selection.

- The washrooms are not clean they sting and they are dirty.

My college is providing many courses to students nd they are providing fees at affordable price. There is practical fees and subjects fees. Fees may differ from the category ( like management, SC, ST).

Shaheed Bhagat Singh evening ,affiliated with the University of Delhi, is known for its strong academic reputation, especially in Commerce and Social Sciences. Established in 1967, the college provides a conducive learning environment with well-equipped classrooms, modern libraries, and computer labs. It is highly regarded for its Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) program, drawing students from across the country. SBSEC emphasizes holistic development through various extracurricular activities. The college has active societies for debate, drama, music, and other cultural pursuits. Its sports facilities are also commendable, with regular participation in inter-collegiate events. I have payed between 22500 to 20000 yearly.When I joined my college the fee I have payed for the first year was 20000 and in second year it was increased to 21000 and in the third year I have payed 22500 Rupees.The fee structure of DU varies according to each colleges.This fee covers almost all fee expenses except examination fees which the university charges in each semester which was 550 when I was studying. DU provided various merit based as well as affirmative action based scholarships for students. There are college wise scholarships as well. Along with that UGC provides Undergraduates as well as post Graduate students with scholarships based purely on merit.

I got admission in this collge due to my cuet score and this college belong to delhi university which is public university so the fees is low. I have to pay 16670 rupees for my 1st year ba political science honours and it inculdes everything. The fees for ba program will be around 12-13k. For all the categories fee is same and there will be some scholarships if you actively participate in societies of collge and get merit.

Which is better for UPSC CSE PREPARATION BA or BA Hons in political science from DU?
BA and BA Honors are both excellent choices for UPSC CSE. It will aid you in your preparation for the Prelims and Main exams.
In BA course, you must study three different subjects, such as political science, history, and geography, which means that 50% of the syllabus has already been covered, and if you choose Political Science as an optional subject, another 40% has already been covered. So taking a BA course will improve your chances.
Now, moving on to the BA (Hons), you will study political science in depth, which will help you in the Mains because, as we all know, the difficulty level of optional is higher than the Bachelor level but lower than the Master's level, so it will benefit you greatly. However, because you will only be studying two subjects in your bachelor's programme, you will have to study the third subject on your own.
