Course Curriculum Overview
Nowadays there is a strong competition in UPSC and students like me want deep understanding of the syllabus and there is whole paper of GS that is based on political science and in this course we study all the aspects of political system.
Fees and Financial Aid
For my first year we paid almost 21000 and the fees will keep increasing over time as college says that they are spending on improving the infrastructure and other facilities for college students. Classroom of our college is still better than classroom of many colleges
Campus Life
SBSC organise it's annual fest that is kalakriti but the rest in our college are not as good as you will find in another colleges this is main backlog of the college only cultural fest happens here and every department has its own fest. The technology of college is fine our c block is better than the classroom of many north campus colleges with led screen. In Shaheed Bhagat Singh sports infrastructure is not well developed students have to go to other colleges ground for practice
Admission
I applied for other colleges to with the intention of studying the same course. While making the prefrence list Shaheed Bhagat Singh was my @10th prefrence. I qualified for SBSC with 794 out off 1000. The admission process was simply after the allotment of college I paid the fees and get into this college
Faculty
Faculty for political science department is really nice here teachers are really understanding (except some) faculty members are open to take doubts . There way of teaching is also different from one another which gives students new way of learning sone teachers are really passionate.
Night Life
There is a gym which I have never seen and it is I think in progress and college has two places to eat one is canteen the another is shack area . But the library is really nice you will find all kind of books that you want to read more academic oriented. There is a famous hangout place outside college taht is authority
