1. Confirm which PSUs you applied to and note each company’s official career portal (listed in the next section).
2. Visit the PSU’s official career portal directly and do not rely on third-party links.
3. Navigate to the Recruitment or Careers section on the homepage.
4. Find the GATE 2026 recruitment notification labelled GATE 2026 Based Recruitment or similar.
5. Click the Merit List or Shortlist link within the notification. The list is usually a downloadable PDF or a searchable online table.
6. Search for your GATE 2026 roll number or name using Ctrl+F in your browser or the PDF reader search function.
7. Note the next steps in the notification. If shortlisted, read for the document verification date, venue and required documents.
