The Centralized Counselling for M.Tech/M.Arch/M.Plan Admissions (CCMT) for candidates who have qualified GATE 2025 exam is ongoing on the official website – ccmt.admissions.nic.in. CCMT 2025 round 2 seat allotment has been released on June 21, 2025. Accept allotted seat, complete seat acceptance fee payment, and document upload by June 24, 2025.

It is a national level counselling process coordinated by SVNIT, Surat. Candidates who have valid GATE scores from 2023, 2024 or 2025 are eligible to participate in GATE CCMT 2025.
GATE CCMT 2025 will be conducted in three regular rounds, two special rounds, and one National Slot Round to fill any remaining vacant seats. The counselling rounds include registration, choice filling, seat allotment and reporting to the institutes.
Qualifying students can get admissions in 40 institutes including NITs,IIEST Shibpur and some IIITs and GFTIs based on the cutoff. Some of the top participating institutes include NIT Trichy, NIT Warangal and MNNIT.
To secure admissions into these institutes, the candidate must score between the range of 700 - 800 for General and 200 - 400 for SC/ST categories. Check: GATE 2025 College Predictor
The cutoffs for the different courses offered are: Computer Science (30 - 40), Electrical Engineering (30 - 40), Mechanical Engineering (35 - 40) and Civil Engineering (30 - 35).
The GATE 2025 exam concluded on February 16, 2025 and the result and cutoff was released on March 19, 2025 and the scorecard was available to download on the official website on March 28, 2025 to May 31, 2025.

GATE CCMT 2025 Eligibility Criteria
No changes have been made to the GATE CCMT 2025 Eligibility Criteria. The candidate must have a valid GATE score from 2023, 2024 or 2025 and must have minimum marks requirement 60% for General/EWS/OBC category candidates and 55% for SC/ST/PwD candidates.

GATE CCMT 2025 Registrations
The GATE CCMT 2025 registrations are concluded entirely online. Once the results and scorecard are released, the cutoff lists are prepared. The candidates are supposed to fill the application form including choice filling based on their scores. After locking their choices, seats are allotted based on the candidates scores, cutoff trends and seat availability.
Once the seats are allotted, the candidates can pay the seat allotment fees and report to the allotted institutes.

GATE CCMT 2025 Seat Allotment
The GATE CCMT 2025 is expected to be conducted in May 2025. Once the application form is complete and submitted, the authorities allot admission seats to the candidates based on their choice filling, GATE scores, cutoff trends and seat availability.
The authorities release the seat allotment for each CCMT 2025 round separately. The candidate has to pay the seat acceptance fees of INR 30,000.
