SPA New Delhi JEE Main Cut off 2025 will be released by JoSAA in the form of opening and closing rank (OR-CR). School of Planning and Architecture, Delhi will provide admission on the basis of scores obtained in JEE Main Paper 2 (B.Arch and B.Planning). The expected JEE Main 2025 cutoff for the School of Planning and Architecture (SPA), New Delhi is:
- General: 91–95 percentile
- EWS: 79–83 percentile
- OBC-NCL: 77–81 percentile
- SC: 58–62 percentile
All the candidates who successfully qualify the exam can participate in JoSAA Counselling Process. The JEE Main 2024 cutoff for the School of Planning and Architecture (SPA) in New Delhi varied by course and round. The 2024 JEE Main Cutoff for SPA New Delhi was:
- B.Arch – The cutoff for the second round of counseling for the B.Arch course in 2024 ranged from 12–412. The closing rank for the B.Arch course in 2024 was 265.
- B.Plan – The cutoff for the first round of counseling for the B.Plan course in 2024 ranged from 12–263. The closing rank for the B.Plan course in 2024 was 1458.
NTA uses Normalization Process and percentile score to rank the students. They have to register for the counselling and choose SPA New Delhi as their preferred college. Students will have to lock the seat before the deadline. Once the seat is allotted, they have to accept it followed by fee payment and documents verification.
