JEE Main 2026 Session 2 Correction Window Open; Apply Changes by February 28

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has opened the JEE Main 2026 Session 2 application form correction window on February 27, 2026. Candidates who registered for the April session can now edit permitted details through the official website.

The facility will remain available only till February 28, 2026 (11:50 PM). Applicants must log in using their application number and password to update information. After this deadline, no further correction opportunity will be provided.

Candidates must complete all changes before the closing time to avoid last-minute technical issues. NTA has allowed candidates to modify most of the submitted details. However, some important fields cannot be changed. These include:

• Registered mobile number
• Email ID
• Permanent and present address
• Emergency contact details
• Photograph uploaded

Candidates are advised to review all editable details carefully before final submission because no second correction window will be provided.

How to Edit JEE Main 2026 Session 2 Application Form?

Follow these steps to make corrections:

1. Visit the official website – jeemain.nta.nic.in
2. Click on the Session 2 Form Correction link on the homepage.
3. Log in using your application number and password.
4. Verify the OTP sent to your registered mobile number.
5. Edit the allowed fields in the application form.
6. Review all details carefully and submit the revised form.
7. Pay the applicable correction fee, if required.

JEE Main 2026 Session 2 Exam Be Conducted

NTA will conduct the JEE Main 2026 Session 2 exam between April 2 and April 9, 2026. The exact subject-wise exam dates will be announced soon.

The city intimation slip will inform candidates about the exam city. Later, the admit card will mention the exact exam centre address, date, shift timing, and instructions.

After the exam is conducted, NTA will release the result on its official website. Following the result declaration, qualified candidates can participate in the JoSAA counselling process for admission into IITs, NITs, IIITs and other participating institutes.
