The Phase 1 option registration covers seats across five undergraduate streams offered in Kerala. Candidates can list preferences across all eligible colleges and courses.

How to Register Options for Kerala AYUSH UG 2026?

Candidates must complete the option registration through the KEAM 2026 candidate portal by following these steps:

1. Visit the official website at cee.kerala.gov.in.
2. Click on the KEAM 2026 candidate portal login link.
3. Log in using the application number and password.
4. Open the option registration section for AYUSH courses.
5. Select and arrange preferred colleges and courses in order.
6. Save the options and lock the final list before the deadline.
7. Download the confirmation page for future reference.

Fee and Payment Rules

Candidates who have already paid the option registration fee during the MBBS and BDS counselling rounds are not required to pay it again for this AYUSH phase. Candidates registering for the first time must pay the option registration fee online through the portal.

The option registration fee will be adjusted against the tuition fee once the candidate takes admission to the allotted college. Candidates should keep the payment receipt safe until the admission process is completed.
