JEE Main (AIEEE) Question Papers with Solution PDF (2012- 2003)
AIEEE or All India Engineering Entrance Exam was conducted from 2002 to 2012 before getting replaced by JEE Main. AIEEE was conducted by CBSE as a pen-paper test for a duration of 3 hour. JEE Main Language-wise Question Papers
JEE Main was initially conducted only in English and Hindi. However in 2021, NTA announced that the exam will be conducted in 13 languages including English, Hindi and Urdu. NTA now releases JEE Main Question Papers for B.E./B.Tech, B.Arch and B.Planning in English, Hindi, Urdu, Assamese, Bengali, Gujrati, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil and Telugu.
- JEE Main Question Papers are available in English, Hindi and Urdu at all exam centers.
- The other regional language question papers are available only in regions where those languages are spoken. For example, JEE Main Question Papers in Bengali are available at exam centers in West Bengal, Tripura and Andaman and Nicobar Islands.
- JEE Main Question Papers in Tamil are available only at centers in Tamil Nadu, Puducherry and Andaman and Nicobar Islands.

As per the notification, there are no major changes in the question paper syllabus as of now for the JEE Mains examination. The syllabus is similar to the previous year’s syllabus for the subjects. There will be 90 questions out of which 60 will be MCQ type and 30 will be Numerical questions(15 questions have to be attempted). The marking scheme is also the same, 4 marks will be awarded for the correct answer, 1 will be the penalty for an incorrect answer(no penalty for the numerical value questions), and no marks for the unattempted questions.
Yes, as per the previous year's cutoff, it can be estimated that a 250 score in JEE mains ranks you below 2,000 and around 99 plus percentile. You will be able to qualify for the JEE Advance. You can also secure admission to top NITs in core specializations like CSE, IT, ECE, etc. If you score 250 in JEE mains, there is a very high chance to get admission into the top NITs with your choice of course.
The minimum percentile required for JEE Advanced eligibility depends on the category-wise cutoff in JEE Main examinations. Every year, the NTA (National Testing Agency) releases the qualifying percentile for JEE Advanced examinations based on various factors such as exam difficulty level and the number of candidates appearing for the exam. As per the previous year’s data available, the expected cutoff for 2025 can be 90-92 percentile for the general category.

The JEE Mains Paper consists of three subjects Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. Each section has 30 questions(20 MCQs and 10 numerical questions out of which 5 questions need to be attempted), therefore the total number of questions is 90 out of which 75 questions are to be attempted. Each question carries 4 marks. The total number the exam carries is 300 marks, each subjects have 100 marks weightage. The penalty of 1 mark is there for MCQ question, however, there is no deduction of marks for incorrect numerical value questions.
