My course is ba program( hind + history) .Am a student from arts background i have so much interset in political science and history all through (social studies) . And i choose history as my major subject to grab history honor degree. By doing 4 year graduation

- Among one of the biggest campuses in DU with a total area of around 13 acres.
- T&P Cell of Gargi is the best as not just placements but they help us in providing intenrships too.
Dislikes
- The crowd as we don't have students from all states of the India which top colleges like SRCC or the Hansraj has.
Placement Experience:
T&P cell invites us for the placements mostly in the last semester but some students are invited from the 7th semester itself. Banks have favoured our college and especially our stream as analyst roles are awarded to students of our course. From ICICI, American Express to Federal Bank, we have enough job assurity now than ever it was in Gargi college.

- Gargi one of the oldest college of the Delhi University stil has those 3 blocks which were operational since it's inception are so heart warming to see.
- Most DU colleges aren't clean but ours is arguably the cleanest of them all.
Dislikes
- There's favouritism in many of the societies and therefore it becomes difficult to find a place in societies of our choices.
Placement Experience:
Since our professors are of banking backgrounds they have managed to bring in a lot of companies from the same sector. From domestic banks like the Indusind Bank and the Federal Bank, American Express too have made way to our college and B.Com studnets are their first choice. The placements percentage collectively of last three years stande at 40-50%.

- The college environment is very independent and friendly for students studying there , it is the safest place where you can flaunt your capabilities and skills freely.
- The campus is very cute, where you connect with many experience peoples too which make you help in learning more about the reality of life , Being a fresher getting such a supportive seniors feel like gem.
Dislikes
- The infrastructure is little bit old which needs to be recovered.
- I hate the non-allotment of classes where we need to search for a class daily I wish that every department should have their proper allotted classes.
Course Curriculum Overview:
I would rate the course 9/10 because history is a very exciting subject if you study it from all your heart and soul. History has always been my strongest subject and the most important thing about studying history is the way of teaching of faculty members , if the faculty member is good so you automatically develop interest in studying history . Being in UPSC aspirant history is a very important subject and interesting subject to study.

- The vibe of college is so positive. You will really enjoy here. Being a girls college the campus is really safe and makes you feel homely. Campus area have a cafe that will be your pass time place.
- Faculty members are really interactive and they will help you in every field apart from academics.
Dislikes
- Campus is a bit small compare to the seats they have.
Course Curriculum Overview:
University curriculum is really good. But the additional subjects such as SEC and VAC would have been good. If we would have been given more practical insights and not only theory thing. Rest I think the paper Pattern is not that tough for the semester annual exam.

- you will get various opportunity to represent yourself like do internship , participate in societies

- canteen is not good like costs is cheaper still food is not that good to taste
- infrastructure is not good like usually du colleges have.
Course Curriculum Overview:
the bbe curriculum offers a unique blend of core economic principles alongside practicals. this balance influce many students to choose this course as it provides both theoretical in economics and hands on expereience

- Teaching methods is too good. Experienced teachers are guiding us in our career
- Library facility is also super nice. Students can comfortabily study

- Canteen food is not good . Oily, tasteless and low quality products are used
- Water taste is bad. It is needed to be improved
Placement Experience:
Student become eligile for placement from 3rd year that is 5th semster. Top companies that have visited for placement includes deloitte, EY, accenture, Mckinsey, Zomato, Urban and tata power. The college also hold annual internship fair where student got internships. In 2023 ,companies made an offer of total 295 students to be placed. Highest package offered is 20lakhs Per annum. And average pakage is 4 lakh per annum. The roles included the position such as HR, Data analyst, researcher, sales, marketing and consulting

- The faculty is good for commerce, i have opted for bcom program and teachers were really supportive .
- The extra curricular facility is awsome.. There are many options to be buzy with..
Dislikes
- The canteen is not so great as its overhyped
- Some classrooms are really small which becomes suffocateded
Course Curriculum Overview:
This course is basically very beneficial for me because i have opted for CA and the studies are quite relatable The course is very similar The curriculum is well prepared with amendments and also it will be beneficial for every masters of pg student in future. The exams timing is 3 hrs which is more than enough for a student who studied well for exams

- It's a girls' college and the environment of my college is so safe like strict actions are taken against any kind of ragging and bullying
- It provides a good chance to understand the diversity of our country as students from all across india are present there
Dislikes
- The infrastructure is not so good as there are less classrooms
- The canteen food quality is also not good
Course Curriculum Overview:
English Honors provide a vast range of knowledge of world and people's behavior and their pattern of thinking We talk openly on various topics which are considered as a stereotype in society like gender equality, sex etc. We get three hours for each paper and the question level is moderate

- One of the things I liked about Gargi College was its campus. It is pretty decent campus to have fun in.
- The second thing I like about Gargi College is its Nescafe. It has good options for people who don’t like canteen food.
Dislikes
- One of the things I disliked most about Gargi College is bullying. Some girls are very mean.
- Another thing I don’t like about Gargi College is its drinking water system.
Course Curriculum Overview:
I would rate the curriculum as 6. The teaching methods are though a little boring but that can be changed. The frequency of exams is perfect. The viva and class assessments also are opportunity for students to score well overall.
