Aryabhatta College Admission Process 2026

1. Appear for CUET (UG/PG)

Students have to give the CUET-UG or CUET-PG exam with the correct subjects according to the course they choose. Without giving the CUET exam, admission is not possible in the college.

2. Register on DU CSAS Portal

After the CUET result is declared, students need to register on the DU CSAS portal. They have to fill in all the required details and pay the registration fee. If the fee is not paid, the form will not be completed.

3. Select Course and College Preference

Students must choose their course and put Aryabhatta College in the correct preference order. If the preference order is wrong, the seat allotment can be affected.

4. Seat Allotment

The classes were student friendly and students contributed well during the class
The campus had a peaceful atmosphere and had sufficient breaks between two or three lectures.
The students helped each other when it comes to studies.

Dislikes

The canteen food was not upto my taste. It doesn't mean it's bad it's just I have a different taste.
The college timings were too early that travelling became too difficult in winters

Student view on course curriculum and faculty

My course is a BA program which have a combination of Psychology and English. I chose this so that I can learn the literature and analyse the characters in it and also psychology makes the analysis efficient. There are a total of 50 students. There are students who are from inside the state and outside the state and we can find both Hindi speakers and non-hindi speakers. We have got a friendly faculty who takes in the contribution of students well and also is open to critisisms and adjust according to the new needs of students. The faculty is well qualified and updated in their field. The semester exams were conducted timely and the exams will be quite easy, if you cover the whole syllabus properly. There was no out of syllabus questions and the difficulty level was also moderate.

Internship opportunity provided by the college and stipend

The recruiters include hp, outlook group, transcurator, travclan,pehchaan, collzy,cupshup, investosure etc offering roles like business development, content writing, counsellor, human resource, Finance, marketing, research, operations etc and there 85+ companies offering internships and 450+ students got selected and the stipend was upto 25K.

Placement provided by the college , average and highest package

I am not well versed about the placements but I have seen the placement cell and they are very active and the highest package is 12 LPA and the average package is 6.5 LPA. The recruiters include axis Bank, indigo airlines, bookmyshow, byju's, hp, etc. and the profiles offered includes analyst, associates, business development, human resource, Finance, marketing, research etc and 43 selections were made. And they also provide internship opportunities for the students with stipend. I am planning to go further in my major and learn more before landing on a job.

Total course fees and provided scholarship

The fees structure is yearly and it's 18000 for my course and there is financial assistance provided by the college as well as the government like NSP and post metric scholarships. The placement cell in the campus is also very active in providing internships with stipend for the enthusiastic students.

Annual fest and various activity in the campus

There are annual fest and other workshops conducted in the college and also there are programs and seminars conducted by different societies from inside and outside the college. We have a library which included all the study materials. The classrooms are properly ventilated and have projectors and also the college have computer labs, Psychology labs, ground and is active in sports and other extracurricular activities. There are drama society, dance society, ncc, nss etc and there are a lot of societies in the campus run by students which is very active.

Admission process and eligibility criteria

The minimum eligibility is 12th pass with 60% marks generally which varies according to our category. The admission is based on CUET. After the results are published, we have to apply separately to the university (Delhi University) and pay fees and the university will publish the rank list according to which we get allotted into the college. Every process is mostly online and until and unless complications arise, the process goes smoothly. Everything regarding the application will be available on the official portal of delhi university or the college you are planning to join. As far as, I am considered the application process is as smooth as butter.

I also like the infrastructure of college. Like new building
I also like the crowd of college. It is very decent

Dislikes

There are not any changing room for sports students in college.
I don't like the politics of the college.
There are lack of facilities in college. For example - WI-FI is very slow.

Admission:

I don't get the addmission in other colleges because my marks was low. All colleges od Delhi University take addmin through CUET Exam. For BA Hons. Business Economics you have compulsary maths in class 12th. Maths+General Aptitude test+Any language is combination for this course. The cut off is around 450 for Unreserved category. My marks are 421 and I get addmission through EWS category

the exposure due to being a part Delhi university is really good considering cultural and corporate aspects
the location is very good and the near by places is really nice

Dislikes

the college is not very vast area wise so on a busy day its too crowdy

Admission:

I was targeting sscbs from the beginning. I missed its cutoff by 8 marks, so I accepted my admission here, both were accepting applications from cuet, so my overall admission was fine, and I took admission here because of the preference sheet listing

Also there are many societies in our college so that students engage
The first thing that I liked about my college is the infrastructure of the college is very good like it gives us it pleasant vibe,it's refreshing and enjoying
also the my college is very much clean and it is well maintained and 5 days classes are held for week proper rest for a college student

Dislikes

In my course I feel there is shortage faculty as it is in new college also there is no sports room so through should be available
Also the library is not well much maintain I feel there should be more books the new curriculum books
And for BSC honours computers and the lab should be well maintained we often see that computers are not well working

Admission:

To my first preference for for BSC honours computer science was of course Hansraj as it is in north campus college and very reputable college but I am satisfied that I got Aryabhatta because it is in South campus and it is affiliated with Delhi University and it holds a very much good reputation too, though I had my preference for Hansraj north campus and also or Shaheed Sukhdev which is also very good college but I am not dissapointed that I got Aryabhatta it is it good college and I appreciate it

The strongest aspect that I liked about my college.It is clean and well maintained withis the academic environment with calm and excellent faculty members.The infrastructure is also well maintained with lush green plantes and hygiene.

The thing that I disliked about my college is inactive of some of the college societies.Although, the college provides good exposure but some of the societies are inactively working

I choose this college because of the good academic reputation and conveniet location in the south campus colleges.It has a good campus with calm and composed environment with modern classrooms and updated library.The crowd of the college is also very good among other colleges like RLA and MLNC I have applied in SBSC and DCAC in the south campus. The admission process is entrance based test depending on the merits.

A promising course, which challenges my personal hell

Five days classes classes are held only five days a week, allowing better time management
Flexible learning environment, the schedule allow time for self studies and extra curricular activities

Dislikes

Limited practical explosion. Some promised activities like industrial visits are not always conducted and the trips and the societies in colleges are very And not that much active
Long break between class excessive break between the lecture, lead to waste time waste

I choose this college because I joined it through sports quota and it offered the bachelors in management study course along with My sports, however, despite being admitted through the sports kota, the College does not provide any material or support for Judo. I couldn't get into other college as I was preparing for ND exam at that time, so I couldn't focus on CUET, which affected by score My admission procedure involve taking the CET exam, selecting the sports kota option appearing for sports trials, and finally my admission was based on the combination of CUAT score and sports trial marks.

The third thing is it's ground and sports as it's very engaging and entertaining.

The faculties are well-experienced and supportive.
Kalindi College recently got NAAC A grade accreditation.
As it is a girl’s college, classes are conducted regularly.
Other than academics the facilities offered at Kalindi are average at best. The food available at the canteen is not that great. There is no common room.

One of my friends first took admission in Dyal Singh Evening but then got admitted to Aryabhatta College in the 7th cut-off. He attended 2 classes at the college.

The faculty at Dyal Singh is amazing but the environment and classes are dull. The library and the sports ground are really good as compared to Aryabhatta College.

At Aryabhatta, the faculty is really good and very experienced. The infrastructure is one of the best in Delhi University, as they are newly built and well maintained. There are two canteens on the campus. Being situated in the south campus, there are a lot of places to hang out.

It is suggested that you should join Aryabhatta College over Dyal Singh Evening College, as it will provide better facilities and an environment appropriate for education.

How is economics honours course from Aryabhatta College?

Some of my friends studied Economics honors at Aryabhatta College. According to them, economics honors itself is a comparatively tougher subject, graduating with it is an achievement itself.

You get to know about how markets work and relate almost anything and any topic or current issue to the prevailing conditions of an economy.
It also demands good skills in mathematics and quantitative ability that will benefit you in the long term.
This course will push you to your limit. You will have to submit numerous projects based on case studies and current market scenarios.
Aryabhatta College is the youngest college of DU. It originated from an evening college converted to a morning one.

The only thing that is a bit concerning is its placement cell, it is very new. Thus, not having established contacts with the reputed organizations and companies might come as a disadvantage. Few companies that visit the campus are average.
