Since my school I was very much interested in Literature and that's why I decided to pursue my graduation in English literature. And CVS is a good choice for Honours and vocational courses. What I think that improvement in course curriculum and teaching method is that they should not force us and themselves to complete the syllabus. Literature has a lot of novels in just one semester and that's is real pressure for teachers to complete the syllabus in 3-4 months and they go very fast and most of all are not able to understand. Exams are not very tough it's average you can easily pass but the main problem is timing between the semesters it only of 4 month or we can say 3 month as they took a whole last month in assignment, internal test and presentation and that's where the real pressure comes.

I chose English (H) as this is a course which really helps you develop good communication skills and also makes you critically analyse things. Also, since I want to pursue Journalism, I believe this course will help me. Talking about the faculty, most of the teachers in my college are very dedicated towards their job and put full effort to make us understand the concepts. They make sure to interact with each one of us and clear our doubts.

The course provides a detailed study of all forms of literature. The course varies from classical literature to post-modern forms of literature. The teaching faculty of our college is good. Teachers are seen putting a genuine effort into teaching the subjects.
I choose this course because I like studing English, and a bachelor's degree in English Major will help me in my GMAT. The faculty: student ratio is quite better than I saw in other colleges. The qualifications and teaching method is so good in here, I admire my teachers, they're so professional and good at teaching us online, can't wait to learn from them in offline mode. We'd online OBE so it was not that difficult to get through them.
I chose this course because literature had always intrigued me. The English Department is extremely admirable and friendly and has great knowledge about what they are teaching and how they are teaching. The course was reintroduced in this college only three years ago so the admissions to this course are fairly less because of less knowledge about the existence of the course in "vocational" college. There are about 35 students in this course and the faculty: student ratio is 1:35. Most of the teachers hold a PhD and double PhDs and a few of them have even been toppers in their fields. We have two exams in one academic year i.e. semester-end exams, along with an internal examination.
The syllabus was quite updated as per the requirement. However, I could not be so sure about the industrial exposure. The faculties are really cooperative and amazing. They help and guide at their utmost level.
I found the course very interesting as it had made me develop myself and honed my perspective of various people and situations around myself. The faculties, in Delhi University, however are not as strict or careful about the academics as they are expected to be.
