Course Curriculum Overview
The English literature course is itself very good and allows you to think in a broad way about the world and somehow makes you a good critic in all aspects. It also includes philosophical, political, social , cultural and practical considerations besides the general literature. English faculty is also very good and allows you to think about all these aspects. . The timing in exam is appropriate if you have a good speed in writing . Otherwise the paper could seem lengthy to you. The answers are never wrong that you write in literature because everybody has different perspectives on which their answers depends
Internships Opportunities
Internship opportunities are provided by the University itself every break that also helps students to gain practical knowledge and experience . Many students are short listed for the internships based on interviews also the students get internship from outside the university
Placement Experience
Good placement opportunities are available for yhe students and the highest package is probably 12 lakhs pa and average package is 3.5 lakhs pa. Top notch company visits our college for campus placement and the package depends on your course and interviews
Fees and Financial Aid
Delhi University always provides courses in affordable fee but also provides scholarships for students who are not financially very well. If someone scores good they can get scholarships for their fees by providing the required documents.
Campus Life
Annual fest held every year by the college societies . Library is very good and abundant of books are available of various kinds and genres. Classrooms are decent. Sports like football and cricket are popular in campus also ncc club is active in our campus. There are cultural societies such as Dance, music, fashion, drama and photography clubs also mental health club, women development cell, environment club, and many more that helps you to upgrade your skills and provide a good environment
Admission
To get admission after passing 12th one can register for the application form of CUET (Central University Entrance Test) . Every course have their own eligibility like for English literature you must have English as a language and two other subjects in entrance test. After passing the entrance test should register in Delhi University admission portal and apply for allocation of seat in their favourable course and college by filling up the reference list. While providing you seats University considers your preference, score, reservation and eligibility. SC/St/Obc could get their preferred course in their very first round due to the reservation benefits also there is little decrease for their tuition fee
Faculty
Faculties are very well qualified and experienced in their respective fields and could provide infinite knowledge and information about their particular subject. But the way of teaching of few teachers is very boring, you will get exhausted easily the teachers for core subjects are very good
