There are positive and negative remarks like our campus is very huge 300 acres we all do what we want in here play games and everything and negative is the infrastructure is somewhat old I think that should be changed.
You won't get any free time after CAT-1 because you will be burdened with DA's and quizzes. Taking about the social life and extracurricular activities, you have lots of clubs and chapters here which you can be a part but getting time for that is a little difficult.
Entrance exam rank and counseling based on the rank.
Based on the rank, one can choose the desired branch whichever is available on the respective campus.
If I score a good rank, I can choose any of the branches from the choice, if my rank is bad, I get to choose from the remaining.
The management of VIT is really good as they listen to what students are complaining about and make sure they give a proper solution to them. They also provide counselors for people who need someone to talk to. They have proper security measures. They make sure that the students here feel positive and secure.
Overall VIT is a good college to be in if you want to focus on your academics and do research work as there are plenty of opportunities. In terms of freedom to students, VIT is quite stringent in its rules. But overall the campus is a safe space and provides the students a good place to learn.
The college campus is great and there many facilities. However, there is a very large number of students on the campus, which tends to be a problem at times when taking the shuttle service. The college has many good cafeterias to eat from.
After the entrance exam called VITEEE, we had an admission process where we were counseled to take seats based on VITEEE rank. We were counseled by faculty who taught at VIT only. This made sure our admission process was fair.
Yeah, the positive remark is the college has a wide reached between several countries. So there are many opportunities to learn, cultural influences, and attitude building. So there is a lot and lot to see upon the self-growth and the positive outlook in society.
As the VIT motto suggest its definitely a place to learn and a chance to grow. An student after not getting in the premier institutes in India Must consider joining this college as it allows you to learn the way you want with flexible courses and respecting the choice of subject, promote inter-disciplinary research and participation in many hackathons etc hosted inside and outside the campus.
