You will be given the choice to apply for hostels at the time of college application at the official webpage of VIT Vellore. There, you’ll be required to choose the hostel or non-hostel facility. However, after you get admission, you’ll be needed to pay the hostel fees based on your choice of AC/Non-AC or single/double/triple sharing rooms.
