Remarks

The college campus is great and there many facilities. However, there is a very large number of students on the campus, which tends to be a problem at times when taking the shuttle service. The college has many good cafeterias to eat from.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is detailed and easy to follow. The exam structure is divided into two midterms and one final exam. There are also digital assignments and quizzes which are to be done. The second midterm is an open notebook exam.

Placement Experience

The placements for Computer students are amazing. 100% placement is promised to Computer students. There are a lot of job opportunities for big companies. Even internships with stipends are also offered. I have not attended any internship till now.

College Events

There is a technical and cultural intercollege fest called Gravitas and Riveria. They are great events and a lot of activities are conducted then. There also dance, music, and drama events as well during weekends or after classes.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure is feasible for students who attained good marks in the entrance. It depends on the category that you fall under during registration. The fee structure for NRI students is too expensive.

Fees and Financial Aid

There scholarship facilities for many colleges abroad. The scholarship is great and really helpful for students to gain exposure to the education system around. Loan facilities are also available for students.

Campus Life

There are plenty of extracurricular activities and sports. There are basketball, volleyball and football team. Furthermore, there are several clubs and chapters like a Dance club, Music club, Film club.

Hostel Facilities

The hostel infrastructure is good and well managed. Its kept clean and tidy. There are AC facilities and mess is also provided. The food in the mess is good. The rooms are spacious and there are even tables and cupboards provided.

External Expense: Rs.4000 - Rs.7000

Alumni/Alumna

The alumni students that I know of are now currently occupying great positions in big companies like Microsoft, PayPal, and Grab. They are really helpful and nice. The seniors also are friendly and help us in our studies

Admission

I had to write an entrance exam VITEEE. The result was announced a week later along with the registration date, wherein I have to be present on Campus. According to the entrance results and seats available, I was allotted a seat in the course of my choice.

Faculty

The faculty in the college are mostly good and well educated. They have great knowledge of the subject and will clear your doubts as well. Although, there are teachers who do not teach well and give poor marks in exams.

Overall Good Experience at EEC

Likes

good infrastructure, clean campus and well equipped classrooms and labs.
Faculty members are supportive and explain concepts clearly with practical examples.
Good placement opportunities, career guidance and opportunities to participate in activities.

Dislikes

The workload can be huge sometimes, especially during examinations and project submissions.
some subjects could include more practical and industry-oriented learning
More campus activities and student interactions opportunities would improve campus life.

Placement Experience:

Students can join job drives from the 7th term. Many firms visit the campus for jobs and offer roles in tech and other fields. The pay varies by firm and role. EEC has a good job rate and gives help for job prep. After my degree, I plan to work in the tech field and grow my skills.

An average of more than 90% of rhe students were placed during my term. Companies like amazon, juspay, adobe, hcl, cts, tcs, adp etc came and there are 500 companies that visisted our campus during my batch

Experienced faculties, their constant encouragement to students to participate in seminars, lectures, internships, intercollegiate programs and other research based conferences and activities.
The college had good infrastructure, modern laboratories, smart classrooms, sports facilities and a slate clean campus.
The placement cell, incubation cell, and intellectual property cell of our college are easily approachable and they help in developing our ideas, patenting and registering them.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum covers important subjects such as cell biology, microbiology, biochemistry, genetics, immunology, bio processing, principles of chemical engineering, and wr have hands on practice through pur well-equipped laboratory sessions.

This is the best college overall

Likes

The curriculum provided is really nice and understandable.
It is relevant and is effective as well.
The boy girl ratio is on the other hand a little less as in 45:15.

Dislikes

The way some facilities behave with students is really bad especially in our branch.
Some facilities are too rude and they often don’t want to listen to students point of view

Placement Experience:

Students are open to campus placements from 2nd year onwards. There are many companies who visit such as Delloite, Accenture, Cognizant, TCS, Amazon, NatWest, Nokia, etc. Highest package offered is 42 lpa and lowest is maybe 2-4lpa. Around 90% of students get placed here. My plans is to get a job through campus recruitment. Currently I got an internship through campus recruitment in Cognizant so the recruitment is quite nice here.

Placement Training and Career development at CIT

In my college , I experienced diversed equality and gained more knowledge by training staffs and assessments

Placement Experience:

One thing I really need to appreciate at CIT is its placement training program. The placement team conducts regular sessions on 1. aptitude 2. coding 3. communication skills 4. group discussions and 5. interview preparation which helped me feel more confident during placements. The trainers were friendly and always encouraged us to improve our skills step by step. They provide continuous guidance and feedback throughout the training process. Mock interviews and one to one assessments helped me to understand my strength and weak areas and I work on improvements . These sessions not only improved my technical and communication skills but also boosted my confidence . The placement training team played an important role in preparing me for career opportunities and industry expectation

My bad campus life

Likes

The environment is very good.its very natural atmosphere.
Teaching and facilitys are nice.we can learn very much.
The all facility is near by near .its a good thing.

Dislikes

The management is very bad.they not consider our students.
The fees structure is very different for all students.its too bad.and they decided the fees category is very cheep.
The hostel facility is not good.and also food its very bad.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Actually i like computer jobs. So i selected the course. Its very different one. Mainly programming. But its very interesting and valuable.cse computer science is a very high value course and i have lot of opportunities after completing the course. I.think in this types of course in curriculum they want to include practical sections more than text books.

The thing I most liked is the campus the infrastructue
There are a many clubs so it's exciting for people who like other things then studies
The opportunities as well the alumini network

Dislikes

The campus is very crowded there are many people compared to other colleges
The category wise fee structure and the increasing fees
Charges for hostel are little more then others

Placement Experience:

As of my information the placements are pretty decent..first the placements used to take place in Vellore campus but I guess jow they have started here as well ..as of my opinion the placement stars from the 7th semester

Placement is very excellent in this college. Nearly all eligibility students get placed every year. Many recruiters are recruiting their employees through this college. The minimum package is 3 lakh per annum.
