Remarks

In my opinion, VIT is one of the best universities in India. The way in which students are selected is fair and from various parts of the world. This ensures there is a good influx of cultures. The academic side is very good.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is one of the best in the country in my opinion. Also, the exam structure is structured excellently. We have 3 main written exams called cat 1 cat 2 and fat wherein the weights are 15 15 and 40. Other marks are internal from quizzes and digital assignments.

Placement Experience

It is claimed that almost all students get placed or at least get an internship after course completion or even during the course if you are a bright student. I have noticed that in fact, these claims are true.

College Events

Our main technical fest or conference is called gravitas and conducted generally in October. Our main cultural fest is called riviera and conducted generally in February. Also, clubs have their own events too.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fees paid in Vit is unique. It is based on your entrance exam marks. During the counseling sessions, you will be allotted a category that you belong to which corresponds to a particular fee structure. It is feasible for early categories too.

Fees and Financial Aid

Our University is one of the most well-known universities in India. It has many tie-ups with many eminent institutions and companies. I, personally haven't received or availed of any scholarships. Vit also offers scholarships for financially challenged students near the campus.

Campus Life

The labs in Vit are one of the best in the country. They are updated regularly with all newest models of required tools. The ground for boys is extensive and can accommodate a large number of people. We also have gyms and swimming pools.

Alumni/Alumna

Definitely. There is a false perception of ragging, however seniors here are the best and offer support during course selection and even during courses. Alumni network is also extensive and conduct yearly meetings.

Admission

After the entrance exam called VITEEE, we had an admission process where we were counseled to take seats based on VITEEE rank. We were counseled by faculty who taught at VIT only. This made sure our admission process was fair.

Faculty

One of the most experienced and well known faculties I have ever met. Majority teach exceptionally well and also ensure that the students have a good understanding of the subject all in all. All of them are approachable too.

DRNGPIT is a tough gig to survive!!

Placement Experience:

Campus placements happens and happens usually from September to December. Every student's are asked to appear for the interview rounds and these opportunities are provided to us in our second last semester. Mostly all are placed before the final semester of theirs.

Placement Experience:

Here Placement are very good. For CS and IT placement packages around 1 crore per annum are available. For mechanical it starting from 12 lakhs per annum. ECE and all 60 lakhs per annum. The requirements of the students is CGPA of 8 and above. PLACEMENT WELL HANDELED BY ACADEMY.

Placement Experience:

From the 6th semester, students are allowed to attend the placement. Many companies are visiting our college for example cadens, mistral, tessolve, vvdn, and for software TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, CTS, HCL etc. The highest average pack for a student in our college is 12 lakh per annum. You know everyone first priority would be going into the iits or nits if you won't get a seat there you search deemed to be colleges like vit amity , I choose vit as my college over iiit sri city which I got seat in it because vit has more exposure than iiit sricity and the main choosing vit was you get good college life with a beautiful campus, the people surrounded in vit are more better and knowledable compared to other colleges like amity, amrita,satyabamma and I aslo thought of going into amity and but I am that I am in vit I think it's better in every corner from that as per placements, college life and even faculty . Amity university Noida,Delhi technological University in delhi , Jamia Millia Islamia in Delhi. I applied this college for my admission. But i dont get because of mark. In all subject.
