The course is of 3 years and syllabus in first term is easy. The syllabus in the first term comprises of what we have studied in class 11th and 12th . The curriculum prepares the students for real world applications as we will be on board ship as being in marine college. We have subjects related to correlate with the real life experiences on board ship. Exam level is moderate and time is sufficient

The BSc nautical science is totally residential programme so it's very hard to manage time here and perform every duty that is assigned to you along with your academics. The training provided here is sufficient to excel a career in merchant industry.

Curriculum is ok but there are some subjects that are not necessary which is considered for the main exams. Curriculum is not very big nor too small. Internal exams are conducted 2 times in one semester.

From second year onwards the curriculum is best and only focuses on the marine insights. And as bsc nautical science is concerned the student will be able to know the A-Z about the ships and the working on ships, but I don't know why they have given maths in first year which is of no use
