Admission to UG and PG courses is done based on the cut-off in the IMU-CET entrance examination conducted by the university. Admission criteria for B.Tech. Marine Engineering is a minimum of 60% marks in PCM and a minimum of 50% in English in 10+2 and having qualified IMU-CET. Admission criteria for M.Tech. Marine Engineering and Management requires a minimum of 60% marks in BE/B. Tech. in Marine Engineering/Mechanical Engineering/ Naval Architecture, and have qualified IMU-CET. The admission criteria for the MBA in International Transportation & Logistics Management are 50% marks in graduation and a qualified score in the IMU-CET.
