There is one faculty for every 5 students and all are highly qualified . the exams are conducted 3 times in each semester. The exams toughness is depended on the subject. In generally the exams are reasonably tough. around 10-20% students fail to clear the exams.
I like professional communication professor in my first semester as she was very good at teaching stuff and she was very friendly and my Engineering graphics professor Simon peter he was exceptionally good at teaching what childrens need rather than simply teaching the curicullum

We have very intelligent faculties but not everyone likes to share their knowledge to students that easily. In other cases, some faculties genuinely will care about you. Each class of 50 is handled by a faculty at a time, sometimes these faculties take combined classes,so then the class strength would be 100.each student is assigned a Faculty advisor, they are the first point of contacts of all students everything goes through them only.they regularly assess the students.I personally like my FA ,Saleena Maam. She is a Professor at CSED.Some Facluties act very nice and polite but they wont give you any fgrades in exams, even if you score well your grades would be less.very faculties on other hand rewards you with good grades.

Top-notch professors, explain the concepts in a very easily understandable way. Not only in our department, the other department professors are also really good at teaching. Overall it's a great experience for me.
NIT Calicut maintains faculty-to-student ratio of 14.8, with highly qualified and experience faculty memebers in their respective domains. Academic structure includes two major examinations, Mid term, typically carrying of 30 marks and the end term exam, carrying 50 marks. Marking scheme can be either relative or absolute depending on faculty.
The faculty to student ratio varies depending on the institution but a good ratio is typically around 1:10 to 1:15, enduring personalized attention and interaction. In well established institutions the faculty

Some faculty are very friendly with the students and they are very much comfortable while approaching the students. I like Dhanaraj sir and I like his way of teaching and knowledge he has on a particular subject There is no such particular name of the faculty whom i don't like approximately per sem 5 subjects are there and some of them are easy and some of them are difficult. Almost every student will pass the exam and the paper will be in a way such that every student pass.
Faculty to student ratio is approx 1:40. Faculty is very approachable and friendly. Classes involve indeoth discussion about every topic and all teachers are open to discussion via whatsapp or mai. Faculty i really liked is Dr. Sayani Chatterjee (thermodynamics). She makes the class very lively and enthusiastic. She also solves every doubt of students. There are total 5 exams for each subject. 1 midsem, 2 quizzes, 1 endsem. Midsem and quizzes are very easy. Endsem needs good knowledge but it is still very doable. Course curriculum is very interesting and relatable if the student is interested in physics research line.

According to my brother, these are the best teachers at the Department of CSE, NIT Calicut-
All these professors have immense trust in the integrity and potential of their students. All of them have a great connection with their students which enables them to deliver their lectures in the most perfect manner. Thus, these are the teachers at CSED, NIT Calicut who inspired my brother to work harder for his goals.
At first, the term 'best faculty' is not an extensive classification basis. As we know Electronics and Communication are a vast field of engineering, and here we can classify roughly into Digital and analog domains.
The faculty members have different specializations and some are indeed true masters of their trend.
Dr. Sathi Devi and Dr. Elisabeth Elias are also doing remarkable work in their fields.
Dr. Praveen Sankaran, Ameer P M, Dr. Rama Subramanian, and Abhilash are some of the coolest ones among the faculty members and personal favorites of most of the students. They just not come to deliver lectures but also motivate the students and share their industrial experience.
My brother used to be a student of NIT Calicut and his favorite teacher was Prof Prem Raj P from the School of Biotechnology, NIT Calicut. He has an analytical mind and is a master at problem-solving.
He is an exceptional teacher in the department. He is a very hardworking person who takes the responsibility of creating a competitive environment for everyone to thrive. He made teaching very effective by explaining the concepts in a more interactive way and made the classes interesting. He has the skills to be a team leader and is a role model for the students.
He has brought changes in curricular and innovation in life science programs and he is very ethical at work. He also made excellent contributions to the course by sharing his insights and actively participating in discussion.
NIT Calicut provides the best faculty to its students. Every faculty is a Ph.D. in their respective field. Obviously, many faculty have even higher qualifications.
Now if you ask about faculty quality, then it will always differ from person to person. Some will find a faculty very good while some will find the same professor not so good. Opinions differ from student to student. To know the best faculty, you need to join their class yourself.
