November 19, 2024: The Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test Cell has released multiple updates for NEET UG 2024 counseling concerning BPTH, BOTH, BASLP, and B P&O courses. NEET Maharashtra Counselling 2024 will cover the seats under 85% of the state quota. Maharashtra NEET UG 2024 counselling total seat intake for MBBS is 9,000 and BDS is 3,526. Qualifying marks for NEET in Maharashtra are expected to be 715-117 for General category, 116-105 for General- PH, and 116-93 for SC/ST/OBC. Previous year Maharashtra NEET Cutoff (closing rank) for General category in AIIMS, Nagpur was 1328 and BJMC, Pune was 7779. Total seat intake for Maharashtra Government Dental College is 294.

Check Maharashtra State Quota NEET Cut off
The CET CELL NEET UG 2024 Maharashtra Counselling is conducted online. Maharashtra NEET 2024 counselling application fee for state quota is INR 1,000, institutional quota is INR 5,000, and state and institutional quota is INR 6,000.
The steps involved in Mahasrahtra NEET 2024 couselling include declaration of merit list, seat matrix, registration, participation in counselling and declaration of seat-allotment result, followed by institute reporting and document verification. Only candidates who have passed Class 10 or equivalent from an institute in Maharashtra and qualified NEET 2024 exam are eligible for counselling.
Maharashtra NEET Counselling 2024 is also going to be conducted for BAMS/BHMS/BUMS (Group B) and BPTH/BOTH/BASLP/BP&O (Group C) courses. For 15% AIQ Seats, NEET 2024 Counselling is conducted by MCC for MBBS/ BDS/ B.Sc Nursing. What is Maharashtra NEET Counselling 2024?
NEET Maharashtra Counselling 2024 will be conducted by the state authorities for admission to the state quota seats in government, government-aided, and all the quota seats in private medical colleges in Maharashtra. Maharashtra NEET UG counselling 204 will be held online at cetcell.net.in.
To take part in the Maharashtra counselling NEET UG 2024, you must qualify for NEET 2024. A total of 9,000 MBBS and 3,526 BDS seats will be available from Maharashtra state during NEET UG counselling 2024.
Maharashtra NEET Counselling 2024: Eligibility Criteria
Before the registration process, candidates are advised to check whether they are satisfying the below-mentioned eligibility criteria or not.
- Candidates must have qualified for NEET 2024.
- The candidate must be a citizen of India.
- The candidate must have a valid domicile certificate to prove that he/ she is from the state of Maharashtra.
- Candidates who have passed Class 10 or equivalent from an institute located in the state of Maharashtra are eligible for counselling.
- Candidates who have qualified 10th class outside of the state of Maharashtra but passed their 12th class in the state of Maharashtra should produce a domicile certificate.
- Candidates should pass the 10+2 level.

Maharashtra NEET Counselling 2024: Registration Process
Through the official website of the State Common Entrance Test Cell of Maharashtra, applicants can register themselves to complete Maharashtra NEET Counselling 2024 process.
Fill Registration Form
- Go to the official website of the state CET cell of Maharashtra at cetcell.net.in
- Click on the button “New Registration”
- Read all the important instructions and start filling the online application form.
- After filling the Online Registration form a candidate has to press submit button then only his/her form will be provisionally accepted in the process.
- Once submitted, the registration form cannot be edited.
Payment of Fee
- A candidate will be considered registered for the admission process only after successful payment of the fee.
- the form will be treated as valid only after bank payment is received.
- Payment once made, shall not be refunded.

The procedure for uploading scanned documents is mentioned below:
- The candidates are required to upload the documents as per the guidelines and will also be required to produce all the uploaded documents in original during the time of document verification process.
- Candidates must upload coloured scanned copies of Original Documents.
- Photocopies of documents should not be uploaded.
- The size of the Document must be less than 300 KB.
- The document must be uploaded in PDF format only.
- The uploaded documents will be e-verified and errors if any shall be notified to the candidate in his/her login and through SMS.

Maharashtra NEET Counselling Application Fees

Maharashtra NEET Counselling 2024: Seat Allotment
After completing the online registration procedure for Maharashtra NEET Counselling 2024, the concerned authority releases a provisional merit list. It contains the name of the candidate who has successfully completed the registration process along with the verification process.
State Merit List
- The provisional merit list is released containing the names of the candidates who have successfully registered for the counselling process.
- Based on the provisional merit list, candidates can complete the choice-filling process.
Choice Filling
- In this process, candidates need to enter both their courses and college preferences. It must be entered by login to their official account on the website.
- Candidates must note that they are not allowed to change their preferences later on.
Seat Allotment
- After the completion of this process, a list of seat allotments are officially released by the conducting authority.
- Based on the choices of the candidate and the rank from the state merit list, the seat is allotted for the verification process.
- In the last round, candidates must report to their concerned institute on or before the last date set by the concerned authority.
