  • 80% of the applicants also reported that the registration process was much more hassle-free with the integration of Aadhaar.

The NEET 2026 exam will be held in 13 languages across India and abroad. The NEET 2026 exam pattern was revised to 180 questions and a 3-hour exam duration. Around 23 lakh candidates are expected to register for the NEET 2026 exam, just like last year’s exam.

The NEET Registration fee is ₹1,700 for General applicants, ₹1,600 for General-EWS and OBC-NCL candidates. SC, ST, PwD, and Transgender category aspirants have been exempted, and their fee charges will be reduced to ₹1,000, while ₹9,500 for outsiders.
