Top-notch information - Hardinge

Likes

Location of the in cannaught place , so pleasing to take a walk outside. Interns can randomly make plans and enjoy fine clubs and cafes . I personally like to go xero degrees and sandos . Late night visits to india gate in the night
Hostel is so so amazing, mess is fairly good and feasible , offers a lot of varieties. Lots of greenery outside your window no matter where your room is in hostel premises. There are many blocks , i have lived in cent block and now i am in South bloc
Lecture theatres are love , so beautiful and spotless. I used to sit down below the desk and watch movies last yr . Used to be fun. My all fav around college is prachin hanuman mandir. I used to go at 5 o'clock in the proffs for strength 🫣

Dislikes

There is not a lot that i dislike about the college but having to walk a lot to go to posting is one of them and then having to reach at time in lecture theatre is quite a task
There is a lot of groupism but the gossip leak out from your own group and know who is the black sheep in the group but you still can't do much about it .
Girls in here are sincere and work word by word as per what's been told . It is frustrating sometimes because they don't have guts to do the smart work and you have to match pace with them even when you are capable of doing same things faster

Admission:

I applied to pgi Rohtak and ucms But i chose lhmc because i heard it's a very prestigious college. I didn't want to go outside delhi that's why i didn't take pgi in first place I could have gone to rml if i had better rank , it's a super speciality hospital and i want to join as pg there

My college has good infrastructure newly built
Faculties are very nice have a nice teaching experience
Situated in central delhi so good places for hamgout nearby

Dislikes

There are only girls in our college so less interaction
Less programs as comparision to other colleges in delhi.
Highly strict college for academic curriculum too many tests

Admission:

According to my marks i choose this college among other colleges in delhi because of it's location first of all as it is a nice place for hangout with friends. Nearby from my house and have a good reputation among other colleges as oldest women college

The college is alk girls only the post graduate course is co-ed. The environment is very safe
No boys are allowed in the hostel. Only the college authorised electrician are allowed
The college has good faculty members and nice lab facilities build in the new academic block.

Dislikes

There is no proper ground for sports and other activities while the hospital is quite big the college compound is small
The food available is not so good and is very repetitive and its also not so hygeinic
The first year hostel being very old is not so good but since we are allowed to shift to the better block from the second year it gets better

Admission:

This college was by far the best amongst the other colleges. Eduaction wise it is very top tier with less fees. The fee system is very affordable. NEET exam should be given by the students and usually the cut offs are 680+ for general students. For admission we are told to visit the college with our documents . The fees are need to be cleared and the documents are to be submitted for security reasons No i did get rejected to any other colleges.

The best thing about lady Hardinge Medical College is the it's an all girls college ( might be worst thing for many). So initially even I didn't like the idea of studying in an all girls college but here in Lady Hardinge Medical College you get atmsp
There is no ragging scene in lady Hardinge Medical College.
Lady Hardinge Medical College is associated with the Kalawati Hospital which is the best pediatrics hospital not only in India but in Aisa

Dislikes

The hostel facility is not very good, like you have to live in a double room until your final year.
The location of the college is Connaught place, which is quite expensive, very less chances of finding good affordable places to eat
There is no 24 hrs canteen in the college premises, and the capacity of the college reading room is also quite less.

Admission:

Eligibility of course: For the eligibility the student must have taken physics chemistry and biology as the main subject in 11 and 12th std. The student must have passed the 12th board examination The student must have qualified Neet examination. Application form : you get admission in the Lady Hardinge Medical College through the councilling process by the national medical council of India on their site. Students get admission according to their all India ranke in the NEET examination. Reservation: 85 % of the seats are reserved for delhi quota and the rest are open seats

The faculties of each department are so humble .No toxicity.
There is greenery in whole campus.There is no restriction in going out of college after 7pm.
Only girls college so there is full freedom.Girls are bold and capable to do their works on their own

Dislikes

There are no grounds for any outdoor sports.The infrastructure of girls hostel especially the cent ones is so bad.
There are no shops inside our campus like fruit corner,grocery shops etc,so we have to go outside to buy them.
The medicose serve limited food which is not up to the mark.

Admission:

All the informations are available at DU site and college site with their Admission process requires documents in their original form and self attested. There should be photocopies of each document. The cutoff in 2022 was 550 I guess.

Admission:

one needs to complete 12th class with science background and qualify neet exam. after neet one needs to register with the counselling authority of india and fill the application form and fees. everything follows for dates and one needs to be upto date with that. neet take splace once a year usually in month of may.

Campus: campus is also good there are no hostel timings living expenses are bare minimum
Hospitals: we have a tertiary care hospital which is newly built

Dislikes

Hostel washrooms are a huge hygiene issue
Shortage of hostels if you are from delhi you might not get alloted during first year
Mandatory mess becomes issue for some who do not like mess food but they can't opt out

Admission:

Admission to LHMC is done through the NEET exam which is a national-level entrance exam for admission into all medical colleges. The eligibility criteria is at least 50% marks in class 12th in PCB 85% of the seats are reserved for Delhiites so it's comparatively easier to get in if you have a domicile in Delhi or you have done 11th and 12th from Delhi.

All girls college minimum expenses the locality
It is situated in cannought place, beautiful ambience, plants

Some of the departments are still underdeveloped
Like neurosurgery, hostels are also to be made more

Best ever college for girls with high-end opportunities in every possible way. The obs gynae department and paediatrics provide good exposure during internship other departments are also well developed and managed well.

Beautiful campus with modern Lecture theatres and modular laboratories.
Amazing and well qualified faculty members.

Dislikes

University Exam is difficult for passing

Exam- NEET ELIGIBILITY- Candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English as core subjects from a recognized board. Application form is released on nta official website.

Is neet important for bsc nursing

No, NEET is not a compulsory requirement for admission to BSc nursing course. The admission to BSc nursing course of Lady Hardinge Medical College is done on the basis of Entrance exam which is conducted by NTA.
