The Whole Truth About BJ Medical College

This college is one of the best medical colleges of the country . All the toppers have this on their priority list . We get to interact and befriends with all the sharp minds of the country .
The campus is very big and has seperate buildings for each specialty. Adequate plantation , greenery, play area is available for refreshment. Many events are organised here which helps in the overall development of the students.
More patient inflow than others and hence more experience.

Dislikes

The washrooms are not up to the mark. Hygiene is not maintained properly
Canteen has ample food but it could have healthier options
Air Conditioner is not properly working in some lecture rooms

Admission:

BJ Medical College is one of the most prestigious colleges of India . It's the best medical college of Gujarat . Considering the patient inflow and expertise of the faculty it was the first and only option for state quota round on neet ug councelling.

College insight from a medico perspective

Likes

Infrastructure is very good and latest tech is available in departments
Faculty is highly trained and cooperative and supportive
Patient in flow is very high make it easy to learn things

Dislikes

Locality is very crowded and population density is very high
Hospital infrastructure is quite old and need renovation
Hostel is located away from college makes it difficult to go there

Admission:

There are various colleges in gujarat university but amongst all bj medical coolege is very good because of it's alumni network and its infrastructure and its patient in flow there are few other colleges which i applied for they are aiims bhopal and aiims jhodpur but i choose to take admission in bjmc because of convince admisiion process is like you have to give neet ug examination than appear for gujarat medical counselling and fill your choices of colleges and after allotment to the colleges submitt your document to your college

College campus very large and beautiful.
Campus having a large post mortem room with very dead bodies.
Campus hostel is very nice with every facilities.

Dislikes

The college is situated in gujarat having home sickness
Language barrier is also a problem not understand early.
The college not having sufficient sports activity.

Admission:

The other colleges i waould applied are AIIMS delhi but not get it, then i would apply for maulana azad medical college but i would also not get it, then i would apply for AIIMS jodhpur but not get it, then would apply for this BJ medical college and get this.

Okay so since I am studying in one of the best college in Maharashtra that is BJMC Pune, of course the academic over here is very good also the teachers are so helpful and strict as well. So in point of view of academics BJMC is best . The college ca
Coming to the classrooms, our college has got well ventilated classrooms
Change the students studying here are from various regions so we get to know the cultural differences.

Dislikes

It's been about 3 months our college started but there did not have been a single fest till now.
Also the attendance is very strict overhere.
The area around the college is a little bit crowded.

Admission:

After giving my neet examination I applied for other colleges like AIIMS but didn't got selected into the AIIMS Nagpur due to the huge cut off of my category. Then I wanted to live and study with in Maharashtra only so I decided to take admission in BJMC Pune since this college is very glorious .

The patient spectrum teaches you a lot of things best clinical exposure among all Medical Colleges of Gujarat
Auditorium is huge and well equipped to conduct important CMEs, quizzes and college functions
Peers are very competitive and seniors are very supportive

Dislikes

Lecture halls are not good in terms of benches and overall they look quite old type
The sports facilities inside college are almost none only one badminton court

Admission:

NEET ug score is the sole criteria for admission based on the merit list prepared after Gujarat State counseling Reservation are according to government rules Admission process is a bit time demanding and requires a lot of documents to be submitted physically it can be made online to ensure smooth operations

Likes

Faculty and management are extraordinary,need improvement in building infrastructure
Teaching is so smooth,well experienced faculty,and proper demonstration
Sports and events are also there which helps students to be mentally and physically fit.

Dislikes

Building infrastructure and travelling to college.
College campus is too old and ac are not working properly
Time management and other digital services

Admission:

For become eligible for this course student has to pass hsc exam and has to appear in neet exam. Application form and other information are available on official website. No reservations in tution fees and other thing but reservation is available in admission process. Cutoff of this college for open category is 675,obc is 650,sc is 600 and for st is 500 marks in neet.

MBBS life in a medical College

Likes

Campus of the college is very large and there are a lot of health associated buildings nearby.

Dislikes

The staff and facilities of our college are not good enough.

Admission:

For getting admission in MBBS you have to first appear in NEET examination and score good rank in order to get a government seat in order to finish the course in minimum amount of money. Cut of BJMC for general category (SQ) was 671.

Bj medica one of the most prestigious college in India

Likes

The campus is the best and the environment is very nice
We get a boost from seniors and the other colleagues preparing for same competitive exams
Being a government hospital and college the patient exposure is best

Dislikes

Sports encouragement is somewhat less in college
Not proper infrastructure for sports like villeyball
No swimming pool in the campus so athletes can not compete here

Admission:

The entrance test for the mbbs course is obviously NEET(UG) the exam is taken by NTA. The application form for the same is provided on their official websit(www.nta.in). Application fees are nominal.counselling is done by the mca and it is a very smooth process

Admission:

My college provides admission in the MBBS course through online counseling conducted by ACPUGMEC after neet results are out based on state ranking, choice filling by candidates and reservation for seats reserved for state quota and there is separate counseling for all India quota. The eligibility period for the MBBS course is 5.5 years. Cutoff varies according to reservation quota. During my year of admission, the neet cutoff score for the general state quota was around 650 in my college & 610 for the OBC state quota.
