Telangana NEET Counselling 2024 registration will be started tentatively in the month of July 2024. Candidates need to register and upload certificates online at tsmedadm.tsche.in at a given deadline which will be announced later. The direct link to apply for TS MBBS/ BDS admissions will also be provided here. The complete schedule for all rounds of Telangana MBBS/ BDS Counselling 2024 will be released soon at knruhs.telangana.gov.in.
NEET 2024 rank list of candidates who appeared for the exam from Telangana State is also available here after release.
The final Telangana State merit list 2024 will be released by KNRUHS after online registration and certificate verification. Candidates with their names on the final merit list of Telangana NEET Counselling 2024 will be allowed to exercise web options.
The minimum NEET 2024 Cut off scores to register for Telangana state counselling for MBBS/ BDS admission will be released soon.
- Open Category – 50th percentile – 137 marks
- BC/SC/ST categories – 40th percentile – 107 marks
- PwD Category – 45th percentile – 121 marks
NEET 2024 Telangana Counselling Process will be completely online and official brochure for the same will be released by KNRUHS. Based on the choices filled, KNRUHS will announce the Seat Allotment Result.
Candidates should also keep in mind that admission to the 85% State Quota seats of Telangana is based on the rank obtained in NEET 2024. For 15% AIQ seats in Telangana, NEET 2024 Counselling will be conducted by MCC.

Telangana NEET Counselling 2024: Registration
Step 1: Online Registration and Document Uploading
Candidates are required to register themselves on the official website of KNRUHS to further participate in NEET 2024 Telangana Counselling Process. Candidates need to provide the following details while filling up the application form:
- Roll Number of NEET 2024
- AIR obtained in NEET 2024
- Mobile Number
- Date Of Birth

Candidates are then required to pay a non-refundable registration and processing fee. You can pay the fee by debit card, credit card or net banking.

Step 2: Choice Filling
- Candidates can select the colleges of their choice as per their preference of admission in that college.
- Once the choices are filled, candidates will have to lock and submit their final decision based on which they will be offered seats during the time of seat allotment.
Step 3: Seat Allotment
- Based on the choices filled by the candidates the seat allotment result will be declared online on the official website.
- The result will only be released for those candidates who have submitted the form successfully.
- Once the seat allotment result has been declared and the candidate has received the college of his choice then they can download the seat allotment letter and can complete the next step of the admission process by getting their documents verified.
- If a candidate is not satisfied with his allotted seat then he can participate in the next round of counselling.
