Likes

The students of the college conduct the 3rd largest fest in West Bengal.
The College has the big campus of 73 acre. Social interactions of is very good.
In the college , there are many expert Professors .

Dislikes

The maintenances of the college must be improved.
The Infrastructure is not much good must need improvement.
the road of the college should be constructed.

Placement Experience:

The Placement scenario of this college is very good , many of company like TCS,Cognizant etc visted for on campus placement. The heighest package of this goesb upto 43 lakh per annum, and the average placement of this college is 9 lakh.

The College Life :-UNBELIEVABLE

Likes

College infrastucture. canteen and little bit environment
Sports activities, faculty, labs and many more things

Dislikes

canteen is overpriced . no transport facility for students
no fest, no parties, much more assignments

Placement Experience:

from end of third sem students are eligible for placement companies like TCS, Wipro, Cognizant, Tejas and many more come in colleges .. highest on campus placement is :- rs 200000 average is 4 to 5 lakhs per year.

at the first i told you one thinks that is the college is so good like study or discipline or many other purpose
and the college boys and girl ratio is 2:1
the college is so good about study and infrastructure

Dislikes

this college bad things is none have ac or playground
another things is to be none have a swimming pool
and none have a big cii room and the playground

actually this course is my inspiration to my father and mother and this btech course is so good and the exam time i will bunk my college and study at home and the study hard actually i need a job about this

overall all is good

way of teaching , provide practical knowledge with proper explanation
lab facility with proper equipments which is useful

not doing culture fest in college or any inter college competititon

Course curriculum is quite good and helpful for students in first year they provide basic knowledge of all streams after 2 year course is according to specific stream which is quite useful for students and related exam there is 2 semester in every year

My college is very fantastic and I miss my college life.

Likes

The teachers and staffs of college is very helpful and
The environment is very good as per any other colleges.
The college has basketball court a garden and library.

Dislikes

I dont like the timing of the college its from morning to evening like a corporate job.
Vegtarian food is barely available in the college canteen

This college giveas placement in big MNC's like Tata Conasultancy Services, Wipro, Tech Mahindra, Delloite, etc., in which a student can get the job by clearing the interview nicely and politely. The college is helping many students for the futures.

Good teaching environment, strict rules discipline
The faculty members most of them are very approachable. To be honest iem provides the best education and opportunities
The placement is good there's a 80 per chance you will get placed based on your grades and most imp skills

Dislikes

There are extra cost which you have to bare yourself which quite frustrating
In every event you register you have to pay a fee or else you won't get a certificate
You have to do various courses online to get certificate or else you are not getting merot points

Placement Experience:

The company's starts visit even from 1st semester Infosy, wipro,TCS, amazon,decathlon visit frequently. For IEM students they offer more package recently infosy offered to give 600000 per year to freahers if they to technology and AI The highest package is 75lakh and the average is around 10 lakh The student are offered placement opportunities if they have a average grade and skills. So percentage varies about about who takes placement My plan is to pursue higher studies after BBA

Ours Days in KGEC

Likes

I mostly like studying in library of mathematics books.
I like to play cricket and football in ours ground.
In my course I like to study digital electronics and digital communication.

Dislikes

I don't like ours department faculties with hod.
Ours campus roads are poorly bad. Very effectively is bad.
Our all sports equipment is not available.

Placement Experience:

From 7th semester students become eligible for campus placements. Name of the companies: Cognizant, TCS, L& T, Indian Oil, Amazon, Flipkart, Google etc. Total offer letter is 200 average. Average package as per company is 8 lacs per annum. Above 70% students getting placements. My plans are getting Gate exam ranking.

Likes

The College has good infrastructure, well equipped labs and libraries with multiple copies of books,
Hostel facilities are good and the quality of food in the mess and canteen is great. The college conducts events, fests and extracurricular activities. Living spaces are well-maintained.
The faculty is well-qualified, knowledgeable and provides detailed notes. Their friendly behavior removes nervousness.

Dislikes

The placements are decent since Covid 19.
The course curriculum is outdated and does not align with industry demands, leaving students unprepared for real-world challenges.
The fees are relatively high compared to the quality of education received, making it a poor value of money.

Course Curriculum Overview:

College provides technical training classes that help with campusing. The departmental support is motivational. Laboratories are updated. The college has good study enivironment. The teachers are experienced and student-friendly.

My Mid Journey!

Likes

College Management is very student friendly.😁
No ragging or union formation allowed.💪🏻
Mentorship from the teachers who are our mentors is A1 quality.😎

Dislikes

Canteen food doesn't taste good🤢. There's food available outside the college where you can surely have a feast😋.
Getting connected to the principal can be hectic sometimes due to ongoing classes and meetings but once you get there's always a solution.
The lab equipments can be a problem to handle but with the proper guidance from the teachers it's easy peasy to go with.

Placement Experience:

Placement process is very good. The mentors will help you even there. Our college has a separate TPO i.e. Training and Placement Cell. Big Tech Giants like Wipro, TCS, L&T and many others have recruited students from our campus.

The faculty members of our college are so helpful and humble to every student.
In this college every year we organise a fest,a freshers welcome and a Farewell party.
In this college the environment of tree , a pool and Flag hosting place which is front of the college gate.

Dislikes

In this college the lab room size is not much big.
The sports management are so weak and not so much sports accessories.
The college take 1000rs of fine when a student paid late semester fees.

Placement Experience:

After completing 7th semester the student can eligible for campus placements. Wipro, TCS, Tata are the companies who visited in this college. Highest package as per TCS is 900000rs per year. Average package as per TCS is 400000rs per year. 40-50% students are getting placements. My plan is to get a job in TCS.
