I had applied to this college through wbjee exam . I choose this college because the placement is good in this college as compared to the other colleges I got during the process. I got 15000 rank in wbjee and I got this college.

- Library access is very good. Have so many types of books to take and study rooms for individual study

- The campus is too small. No place to sit or relax
- No stores available outside of the college. It's like living in a village

I was a direct admission student. I opted for this college because because it's near to my house and the main thing that I heard is that NSEC provides better study environment than any other colleges. Other colleges classes don't occur no labs .. so students don't study or learn at all but in our college we get to learn know stuffs a lot better ... Exams are done in a very efficient way here also

I gave an exam of wbjee , and I got the rank of 11,000 and then I take admission in Netaji Subhash engineering college in computer science and engineering department. We hear from other sources that they have good rating in this course

- The core faculties of the departments are very well proffessioned and teaches very well
- We have different clubs to enhance each persepective for example the tech club

- Sometimes faculties are nit reachable in the first year
- Anti ragging head somewhat caught in his own acts

During the WBJEE counselling I have applied to seveeal college which includes techno main too. But now have listened quite a lot of scams and marketing trucks played by the college. Hence I prefer my college is better .

- The placement of the college is good. There are various companies came for hiring like TCS ,Wipro, cognizant, Infosys, Accenture,HCLetc.
- The top roles of the college offered after completing your course like Software developer, Software enginer,App developeretc .
Dislikes
- The college Campus is so small.There is no any places inside the college for hangout with friends.The college Play ground is so small.
- The college doesn't provide internship to the students. Some students got internship. Specially The CSE and IT students easily get's internship but the other branches didn't get easily.
Admission:
I have applied in the lovely professional University but the distance of the college is so far from my home and some of my family's problem that's why I didn't take admission there . I choose this college because this is good and my home is near from this college. I got this college from the West Bengal joint entrance exam and by the WB jee counselling. I didn't get any rejection from the other college. In my college if You you want CSE then you have to score rank Under 8k and For IT you have to score 16K. My rank was 13K I got this college by the WB jee counselling process. The overall admission experience is Good.

I applied for jee mains and i get a tier 2 college but the collwge location was in other state so i choose for this college...i didnt get rejection from any collge...The admisison process is through WBJEE...the cutoff is varying for the years ...for IT department the cutoof is 23000..

In other top 10 colleges of west bengal you want 5000 rank for getting computer science engineering. But in this you can get cse in 12000 rank. If you have rank more than 12000 such as 40000. Then you apply for management quota because donation amount for admission in this college is very less as compared to other colleges such as heritage, IEM, TECHNO MAIN SALT LAKE ,HALDIA INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY, The admission will happen in this college through wbjee counseling

Netaji Subhash Engineering College is a first engineering college in techno India group.Our college provided top highest package is 60 LPA. Yes, because Wbjeca rank is low.because seat are also booked. At first you are selected from wbjeca rank and counseling for this college and you are selected And then come college and fill the documents . Eligibility is 60%is graduation,Bsc,BCA and computer science.

We had to give CET entrance examination which is taken by MAKAUT in online mode. But the main selection was based on class 12 marks obtained. The inclusion of the subject Computer Science in class 12 was given preference.

The fee has to be paid annually as mentioned below;
The first year fee is INR 1.05 Lakhs, and fee for the 2nd and 3rd year is INR 95,000 at the . Aspirants seeking admission to 3 year Full-time BCA Program should have passed in 10+2 examination in relevant stream or possess an equivalent qualification from recognized board
You need to have a rank between 10192 – 55695 in JEE Mains which is the equivalent to 94 – 97.5%ile to be eligible for admission to B.tech CSE course at NSEC Kolkata.
