Trust me if you get admission in this College then you will get a best campus Life. There are many clubs in this College art club, music club, tech club and there is some social club like some clubs helps poor people, some clubs helps street animals etc . Every year our college organize a Fest called Revera. There are many tech fest organised by college. Also at the time of annual cultural program, our college also organise sports competition like cricket, football, Run, Javelin throw etc. Clubs are run by students which helps us communicate each other and it has good social impact.
College Hostel is good and too much affordable consider to outside PG or rented room in locality. If you avail for hostel then you have to pay 2000 rupees per month or 12000 rupees per semester. In 2000 rupees per month hostel will give you Bed, Table, Chair, mattress, pelow, unlimited wifi and unlimited electricity. Each room is avail for 3 students and each room is big enough. If you have issue in 3 students then a room can also avail for 2 students if your roommate has same opinion with you. Mess Food is not that much good. Will suggest you to consume outside mess Food.
Placements of our college is pretty good. After 6th semester you become eligible for campus placements. Many companies like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Synopsis, Bajaj, Nestle, Godrej, Tech Mahindra etc are visit our college and recruite students. Average package is 5-6 LPA and highest package goes to 42 LPA last year. 70-80 percent students get placed. Chemical engineering is the best branch in our college. They get 100 percent placed every year.
Course curriculum is pretty good. In 1st year all branches are same their curriculum is also same . In 2nd year the curriculum will change and you can study about your field but not that much deeply but in 3rd and 4th year the curriculum will be on your core field deeply. In my experience I think in many course curriculum needs more practical experience rather than theoretical.
College will give you Internship base on your academic progress as Internship and training is mandatory for 7th and 8th semester. Companies like Wipro (Wipro talent next) , Infosys (Infosys springboard) , Flipkart etc offers you internship and college gives you offline training which is for all. You have to pay for this Offline training.
?1,05000 for 2021. ?1,04000 for 2022. ?95,000 for 2023. ?1,00000 for 2024. Hostel fees is 24000 per year. If you have any state board scholarship then College will approve that. West Bengal state board scholarship gives you ?60000 per year.
Not all faculties are same. Some faculties are too good and their teaching and mentorship helps a lot but some faculties are not that much good. Their teaching quality is too much poor and they don't even talk properly in english.
Eligibility of the course is you need a good rank in WBJEE entrance exam. You can also get admission through JEEMains. If you have eligible rank then you need to reserve your seat and get admission. If you have TFW certificate then your tution fees will be compromised you don't have to pay for the tuition fees. Every 6 months the semester will be occurred. Exam level not that much hard. If you studied well then you can get good marks.

Affordability was one of the most important factors while choosing the college, probably this is the most affordable institute for pursuing MCA course. Admission process was streamlined with one exam that is JECA. Other colleges in this league lacked the student support which RERF offers.

I chose because this is a renowned institution and near to the place I live. To get admitted into Bca, CET exam is the key to success. Admission process is smooth. I did get into other colleges but their fees were so much inflated.

I chose this college because they give the best placements and the distance between my College and home is not so far. After cracking wbjee I first applied for this college. The admission process is very easy.

I opted this college for known seniors and their experiences. I'm happy to get admitted here. This college gives you a good environemnt and friendliness in everywhere. Previously during councilling I got admission in IEM but the admission fees is quite high and the route is also difficult for me so I decided to get admission here where I can afford too. I got this college through counselling and I'm happy though. For regular students, You've to give WBJEE or JEE. For Lateral entries, Jelet is the only exam that allows to get admission.

My WBJEE rank was so high, so that I couldn't get any government college. I tried for JU, UIT Bardwan, Kalyani engeneering college, but because of my rank, I couldn't get them. But among private colleges, definitely this college is one of the best in West Bengal, so I decided to choose it. The placement rate of this college is very high compared to other government and private colleges in West Bengal.

I chose this college because the cost of the course was low compared to the other colleges. I did not apply to any other colleges. The admission process is very simple. Candidates need to come college, pay the fees and submit the documents. One exam that must be given to get admission is CET. There is no such cutoffs for this college. Studenta just need to appear in the CET exam to get admission.

The college is far better than the other colleges. I applied for many colleges of West Bengal like IEM Kolkata, Haldia Institute of technology, Netaji Subhash engineering college but among of them Techno main is best college. In IEM the curriculum is too hard. They have to study more than 8 subjects in a semester but in our college the curriculum is too good and work load is minimal

From my personal experience of studying B.Tech at MAKAUT, here are some tips for freshers at this college-
These are some tips from my end. I hope you follow them and have a memorable time at MAKAUT.
Here are a few simple steps you need to follow in order to get a MAKAUT migration certificate online.
You will receive the soft copy within 3 days and for the hard copy, you will have to visit the university personally.
In terms of academics and facilities, Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology isn’t good. The syllabus and the curriculum are outdated. The examination and evaluation system is flawed. Mugging up the syllabus right before the examination is sufficient to score 8-pointers. Placements usually depend on the college. Usually, IT companies visit the campus placements of the university.
MAKAUT offers excellent learning resources to students. You can utilize the weekends to upskill yourself. If you are a software engineering student, you can learn various coding languages such as C, C++, Java, etc. Having knowledge of different coding languages can help you a lot during placements. If you are a student of Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Electrical Engineering, you can learn Auto CAD. MAKAUT also offers the opportunity to learn other software such as MEP, CATIA, etc.
You can use the weekends to do internships or training as well. These will certainly add value to your resume. You can prepare for jobs by working on your communication skills, soft skills, personality management, etc. Many students also use the weekends to catch up with their hobbies.
Yes, they would carefully analyze the backlog even after you cleared it in the third semester. The certificate provided by MAKAUT clearly mentions the year of passing, which is a disadvantage for students with a backlog. Some companies give preference to students without a backlog; in such cases, you won’t be able to attend the interviews. But many giant recruiters are looking for the talent and skills of the candidate, not the mark list. Try to score a minimum of 60% in your academics, which is the basic eligibility requirement to appear for placement. So do not worry about your backlog and strive hard to clear it in the third semester itself.
You need to strive very hard to score a perfect 10 in the second semester. Strong determination and dedication are the keys to success. Covering each and every topic given in the syllabus, and self-study is the best tool. Stay away from distractions and reduce your leisure time. You can also refer to the MAKAUT organizer for the second semester to follow the question pattern. Keep a timetable and a consistent study routine to score high marks.
To get an average of 9 CGPA, you need to perform well in all the exams and coursework throughout your semesters. This requires great effort and consistency. You can crack them with an appropriate study plan. They are as follows:
