- The faculties teaching here are all smart people who are foremost in their areas of research and teach with great inspiration.
- The campus provides placements and internship opportunities for us, which helps a lot for us in building our career.
- My experience with campus life at iit gandhinagar has been characterized by vibrant social interactions, active club involvement, and excellent infrastructure.
Dislikes
- I don't like that there are only two mess which causes us delay
- PLACEMENT over here is also not that great as cse branch had been introduced over here in the recent years
- Some lectures such as World Civilization and Cultures are very boring.

IIT Gandhinagar boasts of a flexible academic structure there is no department segregation and you can do courses from any discipline as well and academics here lays emphasis on interdisciplinary learning. Besides the focus on the engineering subjects, IIT Gandhinagar undergraduate students coursework also gives due credit to subjects like Design, Life Sciences, Basic Sciences, Humanities and Social Sciences which gives students a lot to explore.

Intention of management is quite good over here but it lags in implementation .-Sometimes things are enforced on you by management which should usually have been left upto you .
