Having a history of 15 backlogs will not disqualify you from admission at IIT Goa, provided you have cleared all backlogs and completed your B.Tech degree within the prescribed duration. For postgraduate admissions (such as M.Tech), IIT Goa considers the GATE score, minimum CGPA/percentage eligibility, and document verification. As long as your final marksheet shows no active backlogs and you meet eligibility criteria, past backlogs do not negatively affect admission.
