For all the courses, teachers provide us detailed course plan and how we will complete the course i.e. how much lecture for which topics is given by instructor. And which books we will following. level of courses changes from moderate to hard. Some instructor take surprise quizes. some takes assignments and Viva for assesment.

The Course Curriculum is relevant and the courses have been arranged in a way that there is not excessive load on the students. Many courses such as Design, Innovation and Prototyping prepare you for Real World Applications. Currently, I see no area for improvement in the Curriculum. The Frequency of exams is medium and timing is mid-sem around September End and end sem December end.

The course curriculum has recently been changed to make them modern and they are well structured also it allows the student to choose a specific number of credits as their choice which helps in developing interest in the field.

The course curriculum is well designed. It consists of weekly/monthly assignments and lab practicals to help you understand the things effectively. There are several teaching assistants (seniors) assigned by professors to help you out as the difficulty level of assignments can be higher in some courses.

Instead of preparing students for their first work, the curriculum of IITGN lays emphasis on the general growth of the student as he/she progresses through his/her career. Apart from courses related to science and maths includes various courses of social science and humanities, and also course of biology which helps in the overall development of the student.

A civil engineering curriculum balances foundational knowledge with practical application and an eye on the future. It should cover core areas like statics, mechanics of materials, fluid mechanics, and geotechnical engineering, providing the essential scientific understanding for design and analysis.

Flexible curriculum. All courses are aligned in the right sequence on the basis of learning and also flexibility to drop the courses according to workload. Courses cover all the major domains that are required for the degree

This course is not a particular subject specific. It's interdisciplinary in nature. If anybody is interested in pursuing higher education, this is the course. For society and culture, there are not many exams. There are assignments.

In the first year all the courses are mandatory which is not satisfactory for all. There are a lot of mendatory science and humanity courses which seems like burdens somethime. In second year some courses are also compalsary. In my perspective more core courses should be provided.
