IIT Gandhinagar M.Sc: Fees 2026, Course Duration, Dates, Eligibility

In IIT Gandhinagar, for the regular MSc per semester fee INR 62,750, then per year it will be INR 1,25,500. For B.Tech. students, it is INR 1,52,750 per semester. For the MSc, per-semester fees are INR 19,150, hostel fees are INR 19,600, and mess and laundry fees are INR 24,400. If you have SC, ST, or PWD with a 40% disability category, then you are eligible for a tuition fee waiver (i.e., INR 10,000 less you pay).

The fee structure is uniform for each semester we paid 46588/- which includes all hostel, mess, laundry and management, with waiver of tution fees of 10000/-. Normally the fees is 56588/- per semester for general category.

Total fees of 1 year for a m.sc. student is 113000. It includes tution fees of 20000, hostel rent of 34500, mess and laundary fees is 42000, and other alied charges is 16600. and for 1st sem we have to pay additional addmissiin fees of 10000. For SC\ST students there is no tution fees. and there is tution fees waiver for students whose parental income is less than 2.5 lacs.

The fee structure for MSC & services are INR 48000 per year for general catergory students ,and apart from tution fee there is one time admission fee of amount INR 10,000 and a hostel fee of amount INR 42,000 per year ,however the students admitted through early admit in MSc programme will get a monthly scholarship of INR 5000 per month, institute also provided finacial support of upto 4 lakh for students whose parent income is less tham 1lakh per year by providing calid certificates ,the institute offers various scholrship for all category stuednts every year like professor DV pai scholrship of amount INR 50000 every year whose family income is less than 2lakh and have cpi more than 8 . IN campus students frequently gets mail for participtaion in cognitive science experiments of maximum 25-45 minitues for which they give compensation of INR 150 ,every month some events occurs in the campus like article writing ,singing ,sports related events which have cash prize of minimun 5000.

There were total fees of M.Sc was almost 40000 every semester. in this hostel fees and food fees also included. There is scholarship facility for the economically weak students. Fees hike policy is according to government instructions.

There are numbers of scholarship for students. Also college provide a interest free loan for fee and other expenses. You have to apply for a loan, after that, you will call for a interview, and then you will get loan to pay your fee.

If you are not able to pay you fees, you can apply for a loan in academic office. You do not need to pay any interest on loan, that means you wil get a interest free loan but, you have to pay full amount before getting degree.

Scholarships are mostly merit -cum scholarship. Top 10% students get this scholarship. Institute provides loans for needy students without any extra interest. Credits can Be quickly approved. They don't put any pressure on the students for repayment of the loan
