Likes

Campus life is not like north campus or south campus but Ggs has the best environment and facilities.
I like the placements records and best is our infrastructure the people are also great in our college as i discussed before.

Dislikes

I don't like the water quality thats is be provided in our college it is not that bad but yeah not good also thats the 1st thing i hate and secondly i hate the junk food that is provided by our college canteen its very bad and overrated.
Opportunities- Since it is an off campus college, one gets less opportunities as compared to other campuses.

A great place to be

Likes

Infrastructure is well maintained. Classrooms are fully air conditioned. The girls’ hostel building is new and well managed.
Faculty is outstanding. Teachers are dedicated and knowledgeable making learning experience very effective.

Dislikes

Cafeteria is not well maintained. Could offer more variety.

Placement Experience:

The placements are good as per university standards. The highest package offered is around 23 lacs per annum with a median package of 4.5 lacs per annum. Various reputed companies visit the campus and majority of the students receive on campus placements.

Course relevance is quite high in todays age. teaching methods include a theory cum practical based approach which suits a real world scenario. Exam difficulty is moderate to high depending on the nature of the subject.

Exploring GGS

Likes

I was mesmerized by the beautiful campus. The green portion of cam is about 80 Percent with variety of beautiful and unique flora and fauna.
The campus also has a gurudwara sahib and with this we get a chance to get blessings of God every morning.

Dislikes

Placement and internship opportunities can be improved specially for economics hons.
Number of courses available can be increased.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements ince the very start of the 3 year. Number of companies visit the campus like Deloitte, KPMG, PWC, and many more . Average package is of 5 to 6 lakhs. Majority of the students who perform well gets placed

Is BBE from SGGSCC actually worth it?

Likes

Infrastructure is pretty good. It's not that huge, but has a serene atmosphere. We also have a gurudwara on campus.
Class strength being less, faculty members can focus on growth of every individual. You have to attend classes though.

Dislikes

The block for BBE and BMS courses is a separated building which kinds of isolates us from the rest of the college, which is a more fun place to be.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements from 5th semester. The training and placement cell assists the same. A wide range of companies, including Deloitte, KPMG, Bain & Company visited the campus offering placements in Business Development, Auditing, Research and Analysis and other fields. The highest package was 12.5 LPA, while the average package was 5 LPA.

Greenary and very clean environment along with recycling facilities

Course Curriculum Overview:

My course is Bcom program and it is a good course,you will be able to learn human resource management and planning, rules regarding company law along with their accounting treatment.But only bcom is not enough you should learn some basic skills like advance excel, digital marketing, social media marketing etc.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for campus placements from Semester 5th. Yes, there is an option for campus placements in our college and many companies visit with different packages for different courses. For say BSc. Computer Science the package is comperatively higher.

One of the best colleges for COMMERCE in Delhi University

Likes

The crowd here is very much enthusiastic and leaned towards learning new things.
Development opportunities by providing a platform for extracurricular activities

Dislikes

Since the college is placed Off Campus, therefore, students sometimes miss the vibe of North or South Campus of University of Delhi. Due to this, the college has a limited campus life.
Limited availability of sports facilities is a huge drawback for sports enthusiasts

Placement Experience:

this placements of the college as compared to other college of University of Delhi is quite good the students of till last year that is the fifth and 6th semester become eligible for campus placement but at the same time students of first and second year are also eligible for various internship programs which are provided by the training and placement cell of the college. in this academic year the highest placements were reported to be 22.5 lakh. the average placement of this college stands at about 5.5 lakhs. Almost 70-80% of the students get placed in the campus drives.

It has ACs which are not available in various DU colleges.

Dislikes

Not good placements and internships. No campus life.
Poor Library and canteen is worst. No proper sports facility.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for placements on entering their 5th semester. Campus placements are not very good. Companies offer very poor job profiles.Average plaement is 5.5L and its terrible. I am planning to MBA from Teir 1 after graduation.

I like the placements records and best is our infrastructure the people are also great in our college as i discussed before. The faculty members are very polite and respectful to everyone.

Dislikes

After 6th semester exam you are eligible for the placements in our college and the placements records are also decent in our college around 4 lakhs per year according to my knowledge so far. The highest placements in our college is 32 lakhs per year. There are many companies visited our college some of them are EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC, Wipro, Dell, Grant Thornton, TPDDL, Toppr Learning, Byjus, Paytm and Ken Research in the past. Around 85% of students get placements My plans for after degree is doing a secure job.

One of the best colleges for commerce

The infrastructure is good and there are multiple events

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible to sit for placements from the start of 5th semester itself in my year there were more than 200 companies visited for the placements and made over 600 offers to students the packages come from range of 4lpa to 15-20lpa too. The percentage of students getting placed is quite good as well
