the things which i like about the colege is the faculty members who teaches us not only as a mentor but as a guardian tehy take care of everything what we should do or don't
friendship was the best part i got many friends because of the environment of the college as its always been fun because of the ceremonts which are done on a monthly and sometimes weekly basis
the campus is not so big but not small also at first i didn't like it but now i love it the food the surrounding the lake views the ground the labs everything is very good

Dislikes

exams why do they take exam boring uneasy everybody gets shocked as if the are reading something bew
when i don't feel good to go for college they always calls up my father and tell farhan didn't came today and i have to get scolding from my father
very bad thing which i don't like is they do not let us go outside before break i mean is this a college or a school

Placement Experience:

From the 3rd semester students are eligible for campus placement. Haven't gone for any for the time being but i had gone for casual trainings in ITC,JW MARRIOTT,TAJ,HAYATT,FAIRFIELD,LEMON TREE,NOVOTEL,RTC Yes i have plans for me as i will go to U S.for my IET and then I'll make an impression over there so that i can get a job in U.S.

My Best College

Likes

The management here is a bit messed up and needs to be improved
The campus life here is very good. You will feel peace here.
All the faculty members here are very good and teach very well. And all the faculty members have come here after doing PhD.

Dislikes

Some faculties love Bengalis very much but do not love Biharis.

Placement Experience:

Here students become eligible to sit in campus placement from 6th semester. Many companies come here. The average package here is 5 lakhs and the highest here is 20 lakhs it's gone.Here 95% of the students get placement.My plan is to do M.Tech after completing my degree.

Collage life.

Likes

Environment of the collage is realy good and surroundings aswell.
Faculty members are ok. They are helpful. Sports culture is okay.
The placement cell works hard so as the teachers for students to give perfect lectures, materials etc

Dislikes

High paced course structure and authority is veri strict.

Placement Experience:

Placement cell is very hardworking. All students are get placed here. But it also depends on the market when the hiring companies are not hiring then we will not expect full 100% placement. Buyt otherthan that everything is okay.

MY MAKAUT EXPERIENCE

Likes

The whole faculty members are very good.
The faculty members are easy to comunicate.
They guides us in each and every way for solving any problem.

Dislikes

The officials are too busy to do work. Every official work is late.
There is no timely exam. They take exam when they are free.
The campus is not tidy at all. Ongoing construction running throughout the campus

Course Curriculum Overview:

This forensic course was not available in every college in our state of West Bengal and also there is curiosity to invistigate on different types of cases so I choosen MAKAUT for learning this course.

The life in Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University(MAKAUT)

Likes

Teachers are very good. They are easy to comunicate.
The campus is well maintained and well decorated.
Transportation is always available near the campus.

Dislikes

The campus is still under construction. There is so much pollution because of construction work.
Playground is there but there is no coach taking responsibilities for games like football.
The campus is very far away from locality. We have to travell to reach there.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose forensic course because of my curiosity to learn the things which helps to investigate. This course helps the students how to analyse the incidents by learning and understanding the techniques for finding the things logically. The mid sem happens in December to January and the end Sem happens in between July to August.

Comprehensive Review.

Likes

Friendly environment with good interactive sessions.
Supportive teachers and batchmates and clean classrooms
Vibrant campus life and events with wonderful activities

Dislikes

Strict timings with compulsory attendance timings.
Additional charges are too high sometimes
Limited doing options on campus somedays with strictness.

Course Curriculum Overview:

They will teach and guide you about the latest industry based technology and projects. Course curriculum in each sem , there will be a lve pojects based in industry training. Exams are balanced but could be better aligned if more focus on practical exams.

Life of a college kid

Likes

Placement is really good and well reputed
Faculties behaviour and teaching is good
Gives a rough idea of corporate life before hand

Dislikes

Too strict feels like a school sometimes
Extreme pressure in studies and assignments
Hard to cope up , always punctual and strict

I am good in computer programming and had interest to continue in this line only so I chooses BCA They are make it better by providing the notes early ... Very bad habit of sending notes before the exams

Faculty is the most prized aspect offered by our college as it is having one of the most execelent teaching faculty memebers in whole of west bengal.
Placements are the part of the college everyone is excited about and the placements here are constantly increasing .
Social campus lyf is one of a experinece due to the vast campus and unique bonding of seniors and juniors.

Dislikes

Infrastructure should be improved a little as it has been a little outdated
Ammnities should be a bit latter models as the ones used are a lite backdated ones.
No other points are there that could be considered a drawback.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course and cirriculum are overall good cirriculum but certain new subjects should be added as well as certain new cirriculum startergies should be introduced as in tech field udating with new innovations are very crucial for upliftment of skill standards of college.

Great learning environment helps in focus on your goal

Dislikes

Small campus leading to boring life as you can't have free space
No such canteen inside the campus leading to food scarcity
Too strict on disciples and attendance system

Placement Experience:

Placement cell is quite hardworking, they try their best to call companies. For the current year a list of almost 30 companies has visited and among which 5 are mass recruiters. hence the average package leads to 6 lakhs, and hence the ROI of my year is 0 to a max students.
