UPES Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

UPES has seen placements in range of 50 lakhs and more and that because of the stupendous tie-ups that our placement cell has seen. Our CSE entries batch size is of 1200 and out of which 600 were placed with an average salary of 18 lakhs and now one can debate if any other college in Uttarakhand apart from IIT Roorkee provide such placements.

Currently I am completing my 1 semster so I don't know about the placements opportunity. But as I listen about this college they are giving a best placement if you have scored good and also have a good skills.

Placements are really good here many companies comes at campus every year each year the number of companies increases and the highest package is about 32LPA and students are allowed from 7 semester to enroll in campus placement program 100% placement is assured if u are scoring more than 7.5 CGPA and having no backlogs at all my plans are to get degree and try to get the campus placement if possible

Students become eligible from 8 semester here, Universities like Khaitan & Co, Trilegal, AZB, Karajwala and others, comes for campus placement. Placement cell do organize programs before placement starts where students get the opportunity to interact with partners of law firms.

The placement rate is around 90%. Students become eligible for campus placements from the start of 3rd semester, although you can get in earlier through summer internship and ppos. Overall average package is around 8 lakh. Top 15% students get 14-17 lakh. Highest package for this year was 33 lakh. Many top companies like Amazon, Adani, EY, PwC, KPMG, Accenture, Adobe, Microsoft, Infosys, BlueDart, Dell, Deloitte, Genpact and more come to the campus. I aim on getting into big 4 consulting firms.

Infy, Techno India, Brumha and many as techies are required all over. From a watchmaker to salt maker without a techie a business can't grow big. So, even though there are 500+ CSE students still 75 percent or so get placed easily from our campus.

6th semester is the time when students may apply for placements. Microsoft , amazon , HCL etc 50 LPA was the highest package and the average package reaches 5 LPA. 80% students get placed. Getting a job after the degree and assess the industry for need of masters degree or not.

The placements are very good for everyone as the college provide in campus placement for everyone who has no backlogs in any subjects. They can have the placement as they wish and the average package of the college is 8 to 10 lakhs per annum.

As I am a first year student so I don't know much about in which year I will be eligible for placement.but placement are pretty good as the average package stands around 8 lakhs per annum and it is worth taking admission

From semester 7 students are eligible for campus placement. Companies like samsung, infosys, IBM have offered placements. Talking about my plan i have an idea to start after my degree or maybe experience of a couple of years.
