Course Curriculum Overview

Curriculum was very good for now only for some subjects. If we want to explore and get experienced as per academics it is very helpful and friendly. Lab teaching timings are very long. And they can be deduce to normal class timings.

Fees and Financial Aid

5,20,000.0 per year, and yearly, it will be 60,000.0 added. There is other changes in categories. All my batch mates are paying the same for some; it will be less if they apply for a scholarship. For 1st 2 semesters kind of 30,000.0 less as of scholarship if they had good marks in the 12th

Campus Life

Clubs events and urja, which is the biggest event here, will be 3 days, and preparation will be approx 3 months or more. The other event is sapandhan, which is a sports event where faculty and students play together in inter-college competitions. The faculty and technology provisions till now are good enough. Sports, events, and extracurricular activities are treated as co-curricular work and the other social life is very cool and good for the campus

Admission

I gave my JEE, but I didn't crack it. After that, I applied for BITS. I didn't complete it either because I didn't study well in the past, and I don't want to leave or study for my higher studies in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. This is the only option I had. The admission type I did is online mode and by the online test I came into this college

Faculty

Faculty to student ratio relation is very good they are very approachable and friendly but not all. Deepika mam for us Linux in 1st semester she got for us in the last 1 week of the semester but she was excellent in teaching. Physics devendra pal singh failed me in my 1st semester. Failed students are more and the mid sem paper will be tough compared to end semester

Night Life

If want to stay on campus it will be a closing time of 10:30pm and if not to stay on campus nightlife will be awesome classes timings will be from 8 to 6 not for everyone it will be different for different batches they are so many places near or out of University for hangout and they are trusted and safe to roam around at night also ambulance and police services are available and they are 2 committees in campus regarding the discipline and helping

Placement Experience:

"Overall, a satisfying college experience"

Placement Experience:

In our college students become elegible for placement after 5th and 6th sem . Preplacement drive such as aptitude test , coding session, group discussion may start from 4th sem . I'm not sure wether i take placement from my college or by myself but my goal after completing my degree is to take a repotative job as software engineer.

The feeling of being in IIT Roorkee

Placement Experience:

Placements are good as you all know its IIT. The avg package of all branches is still around 20 LPA . For CS its around 35-40 LPA. And for all other branches its greater than 15 LPA. Im a first year student so i have not seated in placement but there are so many companies that visit iit roorkee for placements, like google,microsoft, ibm, oracle, etc Highest package secured by a student this year is 1.5 crore. Nearly 95 percent of students get placed every year for sure. My plans after degree is to get placed and do my job.

Is it one of the best private college ?

Placement Experience:

Placements are really good here many companies comes at campus every year each year the number of companies increases and the highest package is about 32LPA and students are allowed from 7 semester to enroll in campus placement program 100% placement is assured if u are scoring more than 7.5 CGPA and having no backlogs at all my plans are to get degree and try to get the campus placement if possible

IIT ROORKEE - A SCRUPULOUS REVIEW

Placement Experience:

Iit roorkee provide better Placement opportunities than any other college. It has it's placement and intership cell . Gold man Sachs, JP Morgan Chase, graviton and quantbox are the big recruiters which visit my college. Placement are good with average package of 1800000 per annum. If someone don't get on campus then cell helps in getting off campus placement. Enormous amd strong alumini network helps in getting off campus placement.

A big no for placements and a big yes for campus life

Entrance test for the programme is conduted based on the criteria that is above 60% admissions are provided. The professors of the university also conducts interviews before admissions in zoom. After all the process once the student clears the exam and interview admission is provided. I was enrolled in the university in the year 2018 as would say that I definetely wasted my 3 precious years and money offcourse. There were no placements also, just for small matters they send you from one person to other and for some university matters you will have to go other campus just for some signatures....Read More
