Placement Experience:
Students become eligible from semester 7 for placements. All top companies come here. The placement cell starts internship from 1st year and then in 2nd too. This creates a differentiator factor.

- Infrastructure is great, rooms and labs are well equipped and spacious.

- Number of students admitted is slighlty high.

companies start offering internships from third year.
for 2024-25 batch, highest package was 52 lpa with 17.4 lpa average of top 10% students.

- the faculties are great at what they do and the career service department helpa a lot with internship opportunities

adani, Infosys, tcs, etc have visited for campus placement
the average and lowest packages depends on the students hard work

Placement Experience:
Placement procedure is good and transparent. Every eligible candidate get placement according to there elegibility. You can also get a placement after the completion of college. They say lifetime placement opportunities.

- Accessibility of nearby cafés opened only for the students

The placements before our batch were pretty good. Our seniors got placed at deloitte and Nestle. We got opportunities for KPMG, MakeMyTrip and many other companies but our major hit was the current job market

THE PLACEMENT OPPORTUNITIES AT COLLEGE ARE DECENT WITH VARIOUS COMPANIES VISITING THE CAMPUS FOR RECRUITMENT.
STUDENTS GENERALLY BECOMES ELEGIBLE FOR THE PLACEMENTS FROM THE FINAL YEAR OR LAST SEMESTER

If no placement is provided our college has a mandatory internship opportunity from the first year so we already have knowledge of real and tech world so even if i dont get one college has still opportunities

- Improved labs certainly helped as in 2022, pabs needed an upgradation and in 2023 university did it.
- Even sports facilities were added as earlier there were just 2 badminton court but now there are 6.
- Upes University placement deck has ensured that every students irrespective of their CGPA is made to sit for the interviews.
Dislikes
- Uniform dont hage much variety like GEU as we have to wear the same uniform daily.

In the 7th semester itslef largely student's are placed and that is not all as if one student is placed with a package of 8 lakhs, he/she can still apply for the next organisation which is coming but only if they offer a 50% hike.

- UPES University has the best aura as doesnt just quality campus but quality faculties too are available here.
- Our university is in Prem Nagar and that makes everything in Dehradun accessible to us easily.
- We have the best placements effectively with over 200 names in IT space comes and recruit students from here every year.
Dislikes
- Airport and Railway Station of Dehradun are quite far and it takes 400-600 to travel there.

Course Curriculum Overview:
If one wants to thrive on free servings then our course is definitely not for them. One has to roil hard and sweat often. Having said that what I wanted in my course, I got all of it in my course. All the programing languages and things that needs to build software and at the same time knowing hardware as well.

Placement Experience:
Birla Soft, Polaris and many names which are heard of were here. Over 2000 students are placed from UPES every year including all branch. Massive placements happen here and everyone who have studied hard and has done intenrships were provided placements.
