- Infrastructure of the college is really very good and well maintained

- Fee is a bit high for b.tech students it can be little low
- Attendance criteria can be a little low for the students

Specific aspects of the circullum that influenced my decision to choose this course is the computer science department as I love knowing about the computer and the efforts of making daily life problems easy and best thing is that if know how to use the computer well you can earn well enough of money in this world the world only cares about that you have money or not if have they will give you respect if don't have it they treat you like shit.

- Weather is very nice but be careful of rain very harsh rainfall
- Peaceful environment as the place is secluded from city
- Infrastructure is really good and easy to roam

- Placements are very less compared than as told earlier
- Faculty in law is good but not in business school
- Food is very pathetic for hostel students

Course has some of the many useless things such as complex maths in business doesn't make any sense tand some of the courses are waste just to add more and more course to charge extra fees and points .

- The campus is beautiful and in a pretty location
- The laboratories are good. The faculty is also good
- Good opportunity are provided to best deserving students
Dislikes
- The management is a little off also very slow
- Supplementary fees was initially 1000 per subject which was good but now they have made it 5000 per subject
- The fests are not upto the mark expected way more
Placement Experience:
From 5th semested students are eligible for intenships and from 7th they are eligible for jobs
Companies like dell,google,infosys , barclays etc visit the campus for hiring students.
The highest package was around 53-54lacs and avg is 7 lacs

- Very cooperative faculty which help on both therotical and practical projects
- The course is pretty new and things which are not useful aren't added DSA and python are introduced early and help in basic understanding
- The college gives a lot of internship opportunities and are compulsory for advancement in course
Dislikes
- The college tution fees is too much and since the service fee is a lot it is not covered by education loan
- The hostels are also very expensive usually the college campus hostels are twice as expensive as outside hostels
Placement Experience:
Placements of the college are decent the placements start from the 7 semester a different plethora of companies hires from the college ranging from Infosys deloit and startups like cogoport flecklabs percentage of students getting placed is also decent for a private university and my plans after the degree is to get placed from the college

- Focused programs and industry-oriented curriculum
- Good Placement Opportunities, UPES boasts a high placement rate.
- Situated in dehradun so it has great scenic location.
Dislikes
- It has very high fee structure. additional costs like hostel fees, transportations, etc are very high.
- Academic pressure is very high for all the courses.
- many professors are highly qualified but some students report for inconsistencies in teaching quality.
Placement Experience:
Placements are good for this college. UPES consistently achieved 90%+ placement rates every year.
In 2023 highest package was around 36 LPA and the average package varies between 4-6 LPA.
Top recruiters are Schlumberger, Baker Hughes, Halliburton, Tata Power, Deloitte, Infosys, Wipro, Accenture, EY, Amazon,Adani group, Cyril, Trilegal, AZB & Partners.
If no placements is offered you can try off campus placements or you can go for highes studies as it provides 50% for alumni in post graduate course.

- the infrastructure of college and environment around is great
- the location of the college really plays a vital role its located ag a very peaceful location.
- services offered are also great and the people are good too

- The server and the website mostly crashes
- few faculties are arrogant and incooperative

Placement Experience:
From 6th semester students are eligible for placement and college provides 100% placement even after the completion of degree and every year highest package goes to 66 lpa and avg is 8lpa. I plan to pursue masters after getting the degree abroad

- I liked the fact that girls were mostly given the chances that the guys were given without partiality.
- The sports team was allowed to go to tournaments atleast twice a year for them to be exposed in the outer sports field.
- The girls to boys ratio is less but the partiality was never shown.
Dislikes
- The cost for the sports trip would not be given by the college except for the travel.
- The ones in college hostel struggle a lot to go out after 5.
- There are many mean faculty and working ataff in the college.
Placement Experience:
The placements are offered by our college. Intially the college allots SPR(student placement representative for each class) to directly categorize students for their placement process and help them throughout it. The companies visit often to the campus and conduct GD(group disscussion) and shortlist students for the interviews and select them accordingly.
We have 2 categories of the placement:core and non-core.
But the negative part is not all the componies that vist our college are core companies.

- the campus of the college is very beautiful as it is surrounded by mountains.
- there are clubs which any student can join according to personal intrests
- teaching is great as there are many international faculty teachers
Dislikes
- sometimes the teachers get lazy maybe to salary issues
- attendance issue is always there as we have to maintain 80% attendance per subject to give the exam
- facilities are great but i think there should be more lab work coding sessions which i feel are less
Course Curriculum Overview:
this course includes great coding work and even the particular subject for the specalization you have chosen
the course doesnt require any improvements as the curriculum is fantastic
exams timing vary according to the course

- Worse placement and worse ROI. Worst companies come.
Placement Experience:
Very bad placements. They show that the avg package is around 6-7 lacs but it is not true. The avg package is around 3-4 lacs and it is very bad according to the fees they cahrge from a single student.

The course is an integrated course for undergraduate students
Integrated MSc this course is for five years
3 years for bsc and 2 yrs for msc so you can complete your msc here without any difficulty of getting admission in msc after bsc
