- Likeable university by almost all and NIRF too has placed our university in top 50 universities in India.
- With a placement percentage for our branch of 80% it's one of the highest among private entities.
- Faculties are too strong and always communicate the syllabus the best.
Dislikes
- Hostels aren't that tidy as the university as students keep creating chaos always.
Course Curriculum Overview
There wasn't much to be honest as I gave my all and expected others as well to give their best because students help each other here. If I have doubts u can go to my mentor and likewise every student here are asked to have a senior as their mentor. This year, I am mentioning a junior and this is how UPES academics works.
Placement Experience
One don't have to go round and round as placements are done well within the time as most students here are placed by 7th semester. Those who left behind can try their luck on day zero as we have mass companies coming for a 3 day event and hire as many as they can.
Fees and Financial Aid
Our university is already a rebuilt and therefore I don't see any problems and also I don't see any problem in that. Also, there are many universities which may charge less than UPES but our university is our of the world. The fees so is 5 lakhs a year and to support a university of our standard it is required to be paid by the students.
Campus Life
URJAA, Spandan and likewise events keep UPES students charges up all round the year. We have many students who have formed the societies and urge students to be a part of it and make them learn new things. Dance society teaches a variety of dance and students themselves contribute for the same. Our greenroom, restoration room and all are so good that students can have best time there.
Hostel Facilities
The pathway to a home away from home are UPES University hostels. When you have such good facilities why stay in PGS which are plenty nearby our university. The university has done the best thing by putting the best residential facilities right inside the campus.
Admission
Assessment test is there but that's not the only way of getting here. There are other ways too and students can go that way like on 12th score or sports quota because there are over 1000 new admission done every year. UPES was the lone place I tried and I got admission too.
Faculty
UPES faculties are goldly humans as they don't just judge us on our performance but also on how commited we are. So this gives all the students and extra edge and thus it's so enjoyable to work with them. I have been happy doing my gigs with them and since it's just my last semester with them, I will say thank you to all of them.
Night Life
Our college is located may not be in the most prime area but our area is very good. We have best gym, best cafes and the best eye sighting near our campus. For food too we have plenty and plenty of options and for all age group people there are activities and things around our university.
