Internship Experience of UPES

First year of MBA is trying out all subjects so we make a better choice when choosing our domain preference so it gets a little boring but after you've opted for your domain, the subjects are really nice and revolve around that particular domain in such a way that it will help you somehow

The internship opportunities that came for our batch were not great. I had opted for an internship opportunity outside of the campus but the opportunities that are coming up for our juniors are great! Great and well reputed companies

The placements before our batch were pretty good. Our seniors got placed at deloitte and Nestle. We got opportunities for KPMG, MakeMyTrip and many other companies but our major hit was the current job market

The fees of this course ranged from specialization to specialisation. Core MBA costed around 16LPA while other specialisations like International Business, Oil and Gas, Logistics and supply chain, etc costed more. There are scholarships available as well.

The campus life and recreational activities are great especially for socialising and networking. They even have a startup incubator so you'll receive help and guidance as well if you opt to start a small startup

I chose this college because I am originally from dehradun and in dehradun the most talked and sophisticated college I find is UPES. The crowd you go with makes a whole lot of you turn out to be which is why I chose UPES given the crowd and diversity of the students

The faculty is very helpful and motivating. I am placed from the college and all my thanks goes to the marketing department of UPES especially Rakesh Sir. He has guided and motivated me along my entire MBA journey

I had a virtual interview. So the interviewer has asked me questions regarding my background, my interests, where do I see myself doing what profession and how UPES can help me achieve those goals I had set.

There is not much nightlife given that UPES is quite literally situated in the middle of woods. The city is a bit far i guess somewhere 15 kms away but yes the night life isn't erratic. There are cafés opened up there for students only so the it is lively but only because of the existing students
