Campus is fully safe 24 by 7 security will be there.

Fee is too high and the teacher are moderate

I am in 1 semester i don't know abut in which semester student become eligible for campus placement i think from 6 or 7 they are eligible for placement. There are many companies visited like google microsoft Accenture etc....

lovely professional university truly lives up to its name when it comes to infrastructure the campus is huge well maintained and filled with modern facilities like smart classrooms high tech labs a massive central library Wi-Fi everywhere ,hospital .
The teachers are well qualified and very supportive most of them hold M tech or PHD degrees and they focus more on practical learning and project based teaching rather than just theory they guide us personally during projects hackathons and such work
LPUS placement cell Dops is quite active big companies like Microsoft Amazon Cognizant Infosys and Wipro visit for recruitment the average package around 10 to 12 lakh for CSC and the highest package crosses 60,00,000 per annum sometimes

Dislikes

Although the tuition fees reasonable the hostile and mess fees are on the higher side if you choose AC rooms or food from multiple outlets the monthly expenses go up quickly explicitly for middle class students
does seventy five percent attendance route is strictly enforced even a few missed classes can reduce your mark or block exam visibility this can feel stressful sometimes
Due to the huge number of students sometimes the personal interaction with teachers is limited in a few courses you have to take initiative to get extra help

Placements at Lovely Professional University are 1 of its strongest points students become eligible for campus placements from the 6th semester onwards Through pre placement training and mock interviews start much earlier the University's Division of Career Services Dops actively connects students with top recruiters. Every year companies like Amazon, Microsoft ,Infosys ,Wipro ,TCS ,Capgemini, Bosch and Accenture visit the campus . Core and IT sector companies offer positions such as software engineer , data analyst, cloud engineer and business analyst. In the recent placement drive the highest package for CSE students went above 60,00,000 per annum by Microsoft boil the average package remains around 7 to 8 lakhs per annum many students also get multiple offers through internships and project based hiring around 85 to 90% of eligible students secure placements each year especially in technical branches like CSE ,IT and ECE. Apart from placements ALPU encourage entrepreneurship through its startups schools and incubation center helping students launch their own ventures. After completing my B.Tech degree I plan to gain experience through a software development job and later start my own tech related business using the skills and exposure gained at LPU overall the placement process is well organized transparent and provides students with real world exposure and confidence to begin their professional careers successfully.

My Experience at Lovely Professional University - from classes to Campus Nights A complete Review.

The infrastructure is world-class,with modern labs,smart classroom,high speed wifi and digital library that has access to thousands of books . They also provide Mac labs for students , LPU have its own restro and shopping mall.
The environment inside the campus is vibrant and feels safe , especially for the girls.The camous is extremely well maintained , with separate hostels for boys and girls , ATMS , and multiple food courts.
The faculty members are well-qualified and many of them are from reputed institutes like IITs and NITs.Teaching method are interactive with practical assigments ,coding in the class.

Dislikes

Attendence rule are very strict here you must maintain 75% minimum attendence sometimes this becomes tough for students working on externam projects.
They should have to remove negative marking in the CA exams and all the exams. The exam pattern could focus more on practical application rather than theory

Placement Experience:

Placement Eligibility Students at LpU become eligile for campus placement from the 6th sem(3rd year) Befor that the university provides training session in aptitude , communication and tech skills so that by the time placemtn drive start students are fully prepared . Companies Visiting the campus : alpheus has a very strong placement network every year more than 900 plus companies visit the campus for recruitment some of the top recruitment includes Amazon Microsoft cognizant captain and ITCS Infosys Wipro IBM Tech Mahindra Accenture etc. Apart from these several startups and product based companies also offer intensive and pre replacement offers to students who perform well. Number of offers and Packages. In the latest Placement drive Total offers made: 9000+ across all branchesh Highesh package:-54LPA profiles offered include Software Deveeloper, data Analysr ,AI Enginner, Cloud Enginner and system Analyst roles. Placement Percentage for CSC placement percentage remains around 90 to 95% every year person who actively participate in hackathons coding collapse and intensive program usually get placed yearly LP also supports residents who want to go for higher studies or internship through incubation centers and research assistance my future plans would be after completing my btech in CSE my goal is to build a strong technical profile through project and internship during my degree work in top IIT or software company for a year to gain industry experience eventually I plan to prepare for the UPSC civil services examination using my technical and analytical background to contribute exposure academic support and career services are helping me prepare for both a successful tech career and my long term UPSC goal.

The very first day I noticed in this college was discipline amoung the students.
The most advantage part for boys is that they can roam anytime outside the hostel for upto some distance. And when it comes to girls it is mandatory to be in girls hostel before 10PM.

Dislikes

After 1 week I observed that the college has a very bad drainage system during rainy days.
There will be some situations for everyone when they do some small or big mistakes there will be a case, which will cancel your scholarship(Not dislike just warning).

Placement Experience:

When it comes to placements, every student should be perfect in skill, communication and perfect. He should be well prepared for everything to score best package in LPU. The average package would be around 6L to 8L.

Our college strictly follows a no ragging policy to ensure a safe and respectful environment for every student. Seniors and juniors share a friendly bond, and any act of ragging is not tolerated, making the campus secure for all.
At our college, students get the chance to explore and participate in a wide variety of sports, from cricket and football to athletics and indoor games. The facilities encourage fitness, teamwork, and talent development, creating a healthy spirit.
Our college takes pride in offering quality teaching through experienced faculty who focus on both knowledge and practical learning. With modern teaching methods, guidance, and support, students are prepared for academic excellence and success.

Dislikes

One thing I dislike about my college is the strict 75% attendance rule. It often feels like it limits flexibility for students, leaving less room for personal growth, internships, or other learning opportunities outside classrooms.
The mess food is another drawback for me. The meals are usually bland with very little spice, and the menu is dominated by North Indian dishes. It becomes repetitive and difficult for those of us who crave more variety in taste.
What I also dislike is the absence of non-veg options in campus food stalls. Many of us enjoy good-tasting non-veg meals, and not having them on campus feels restrictive, especially when the available food lacks variety.

Placement Experience:

Students at LPU become eligible for placements from the 6th semester. Many top companies visit, offering varied profiles with competitive packages. A good percentage of students get placed. After my degree, I plan to pursue higher studies and career growth.

My Honest journey at LPU; Opportunities, challenges & Takeaways

I like the whole UMS (University Management System) System they follow.
Like the campus, fully green and based on nature and all trees and fresh environment
Like the availability and conveinience of everything like there is mall for basic utilities, basic and food court shops

Dislikes

The Placement policy of putting pressure on getting low package as well.
Teachers who did not know anything, just coming to read the PPT to students
taking admisiion of Excessive number of students without any merit basis

Placements at LPU are offered in last year and the i was offered as well but the packages for BBA students are usually on the lower side and not always aligned with the core field. Many stydents, including me, prefered exploring higher studies or off-campus opportunities

LPU: Is it Worth It?

rich campus diversity, a very well behaved and cultured crowd
amazing, helpful, and very good faculty.
everybody in the campus gets a chance to show their talent and the university accepts and helps them shine

Dislikes

hostel curfew time for girls can be pushed back a little, and nobody likes to be shut in their rooms or just limited in the hostel right after evening.

Placement Experience:

Placements are awesome. students are provided direct reports of all on campus placements through our university management system. both on campus and off campus placements are super good. we have a 97% placement rate in our college. a good cgpa and good skills is the way to go.

A genuine review of LPU university specially for agriculture students

There is very much diverse culture here at LPU , people from all over India came here to study
As this is a private university , if I'm unable to understand or most of my classmates can't understand what a professor teaching
There is many another opportunity at campus , if one's good at study there is many programs or department to help him to reach to it's goal

Dislikes

The mandatory attendance system here is bit too hectic for students as they need to attend 9-5 classes regularly
The distance I need to travel daily to reach agriculture block , there is only one gate here the main front gate for entrance and exit
The strict rules or the UMC thing, if you been caught eating non- veg in campus there's UMC for it

I completed BTech CSE from LPU back in 2016. You might say that LPU has changed since then, but I am still in touch with my juniors and here is my experience:

Placements: More than 550+ MNCs and startups visit the LPU campus for placement. In recent news, Yasir M., student of LPU, grabbed an offer of INR 3 crore in Germany. The highest CTC offered for the engineering programs at LPU is INR 42 LPA.
Scholarships: People might think LPU is pricey since it is a private colleges, but LPU provides scholarships to bright students with good academic records, good track record in sports, or extracurricular activities. LPU also helps students in the education loan facility.
Research: In terms of research, Stanford University has ranked almost 13 LPU faculty members amongst the top 2% of scientists in the world.
Faculty: The faculty members are from top institutes like IITs, NITs, IIMs, and top-ranked universities globally.

I am a BTech Mechanical graduate from LPU. Here is an honest review on the placement scenario at LPU (in engineering)-

The placement scenario is poor for Civil, Mechanical and Electrical. Few companies visit these departments for placements, and hire a maximum of 5-10 students in total. But if someone knows basic coding, they can sit for IT placements.

Cognizant, Tech Mahindra, etc. visit the CSE/IT departments for mass hiring. Very few core companies visit the ECE department for recruitments, so the students rely on IT companies. A mere 40/50 out of 1000 ECE students get hired by an Electronics company from the campus. The IT companies mass hire students at a CTC of around 3.5 LPA.

This is the engineering placement scenario at LPU.

Being a graduate from LPU, I found the campus life quite joyful as everyone in the university is supportive. I liked the following things about the University:
